7-Eleven

Elise and Nakita were both extremely helpful and patient with helping me with my pizza order. I don't know the name of the lady that actually made the pizza, but it came out great! Glad to have a 7-Eleven closer to home. Especially one with great, helpful, and courteous workers who helped and exceeded my needs in every way possible! I will definitely be back sooner than later!
(Also, the store is beautiful and definitely clean and organized!)

Gas is cheapest around (for now), but half their pumps are out. I have no idea why because this is a brand new gas station. It's a bit frustrating to have to wait, but I guess when gas is cheapest around, what can you do...

I had an interview and manager told me I was hired and 3 weeks later I'm told that she couldn't get my application and that she isn't hiring no more. When the whole time she kept telling me she been too busy to look for application and that she'll later. And didn't even bother to call me or anything to tell me what was going on.

Numerous times we refuse to go inside if we can help it due to past experiences with non-friendly cashiers. This store hasn't been open very long and already looks like trash! And with three cashiers working inside not one of them could be bothered to empty trash out of the squeegee buckets. You can see it overflowing if you zoom in on the first photo! Not sure what the deal is the management here but is very subpar, I've seen cigarette shops cleaner and more friendly than this place. Several times my wife has been treated like she was an annoyance by the gentleman in the third photograph, the name of his name tag says David. We had been waiting for this place to be built in front of our complex but we would rather put up with traffic going to Pulse on CR6 or the franchise 7-11 on Jackson and we will from now on. Hope 7-11 corporate cracks down on this store because it's quickly going downhill! Your lucky if the slurpee machine is running half the time, if it is you may not have the lid or straw you need, oh and if you want nachos ... Hahaha good luck! How can you not have the plastic tubs to put your chips in and only bags of chips?? You don't have half of your supplies but you charge premium rates on food and drink, NO THANK YOU! The only good thing about this place is I can get a discount on my gas with the app and my card, so I don't HAVE to go inside! 😁

Update: this store still isn't any better. Half the time they don't accept cash and the other half the time they won't accept cards? This store has terrible management if they can't properly prepare their employees to do their jobs. Even though they are right in front of my house, I will go to Pulse or privately owned gas station for my business. Stay away from this store, seriously!

Horrible, I tried to get a pic of the line but I didn’t want to be rude to the other customers. We sat in line and literally waited about four minutes if not more For someone to come and help, the lady kept saying in a minute because she was making fresh coffee, so I understood her dilemma, but what were the two ladies that were in the office dilemma, why couldn’t they come up and help, she had a long line, and customers waiting. You all really need to do better, you are a new location, get it together.

We don't expect cash. Seriously for items under 5 dollars.

Very bad and unaceptable attitude from cashier.. .. not willing to help at all ! only answer she have is a yes or a Not.. thats not right...

Terrible gas, cashiers cursing infront of customers, customers trying to fight others out in the parking like … just a terrible gas station
