I guess that big businesses made them forget about the locals with small businesses trying to start out who have supported them for years. I have been a regular customer for at least 7 years and purchased all of my welding supplies including my gloves, jackets etc. and when I went in there yesterday they have no idea who I am nor can they find my info in their computer through my name, phone number or business name so I guess that I wasn't important enough to save so after I go back and throw some old invoices up on the counter to refresh their memoirs I will also inform them that I will be doing business elsewhere from here on out.
