my family LOVEDD jorian, i didnt know i was getting an upgrade until my mom said something and he helped with the process and it only took about an hour!

Jorian had a professional answer to every question had. He even helped me put on a protective screen cover on a new phone.

Chris was outstanding in customer service .
He went above and beyond to help my daughter reset her phone.
There was no wait time.
Real pleasant to work with.

Jon was fantastic! I went to another location prior and was unable to get my questions answered and phone upgraded. I even spoke to someone over the phone and still couldn’t get my questions answered. Jon was able to help me out and get me out the door with an upgrade. He was very nice and polite. He addressed my concerns and explained everything in a way I could understand. He is the perfect example for top notch customer service

The most amazing store! I received the best professional help from DJ!! He was very helpful and patient! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. A team is only as good as it’s leader and the manager here is wonderful! Everyone had a great working relationship and worked very well together as a team. Fonz was absolutely amazing. He showed me many different options involving phones and accessories. He talked to me more like a friend other than a customer. Great at what he does. And I felt comfortable around him one on one despite my anxiety

Fonz was amazing. We had to hang out for awhile to get my husband’s Apple Watch paired because his iPhone was not updated. He gave us great customer service and made us feel like part of the family.

Both salesman and saleswoman Fonz and Q were very very pleasant and professional. They made the experience fun and enjoyable. They patiently took the time to explain the process even though it took a longer than expected neither one of them rush due to closing. They made sure my son and I understood everything. I would definitely recommend this AT&T store to others.

My sales experts name was Trey and he was fantastic! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. I asked lots of questions and he answered them all to the best of his ability. I appreciated his friendliness because last time I went to the one in Bridge Street they were extremely rude. So I will remain going to the one on Madison Blvd for now on. And they complemented my car so that was a bonus for me as well 💗

Fonz I'm so grateful to Mr Fonz for his help with my new At&t phone. He went beyond his customer service to help this old lady understand this new phone . My son told me, Mom you have to get At&t because I have that phone for years and never no trouble. So that's why I'm here today. Mr Fonz help me get aarp and put my email on phone. I'm so happy there are people like him that care for people and don't just ignore them knowing some of us are not technically savvy. Thank you. God bless you Fonz!!!

She is very kind, friendly and helpful.
We feel very very comfortable with her service and great work.
Plus, all the staff seem to be very nice and helpful, and know their job with full of knowledge.
