Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care - Madison

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Loved being able to go online and fill out the paperwork and get an appointment. When my Mom doesn’t feel well she certainly isn’t able to sit and wait for hours to be seen. Thank you for your help and we will definitely be back when necessary.

This urgent care Is the best
Wasnt a long wait . The entire staff, receptionist, nurse and doctor were so sweet and empathic. Plus they have all the equipment to perform tests. I Highly recommend them. I will never go to another Urgent Care Facility. Thank you for treating me so well!

The wait time was excellent. From the time I walked in the door, the receptionist was polite. The nurse who took my vitals was friendly with a nice calming personality. The Nurse Practitioner was thorough and had great bedside manners. I didn’t feel rushed while telling her what was going on. She explained my diagnosis so I would understand. Very pleased with my overall visit.

My wife & I have been to this location multiple times over the last year (2023) for various issues and have nothing but praise for everyone we’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. Every issue/event was treated with professionalism and kindness at the highest of levels. Even during times of being understaffed & handling a large patient load, we never once felt forgotten or ignored.

Even times when our issues went beyond what they were capable of, we were still directed to the appropriate facility while offering what care they could.

Sadly as our time has ended in Madison, this is one of two places that we will truly miss. EVERYONE at this location has our appreciation.

I've been to this urgent care a couple times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've been a walk in and an appointment. You will have to wait for a walk in, just like any urgent care. The appointment was so much easier I recommend getting an appointment. I was in and out in under an hour! I also love that you can get telemed visit here as well I've used it for my kids and it is definitely the way to go if you don't need to go in. It is a small urgent care with only one doctor or NP. Keep that in mind. Also super clean facility, and you can wait in your car if you want!

I loved that you can check in and do your paperwork all on your phone. There’s a virtual waitlist, so you can see where you are in line to be seen by a doctor. The clinic is clean, and there are air purifiers in every room including the waiting area. The nursing staff were super nice and diligent, and Ashley Long provided great care and guidance.

2nd time to visit HH Urgent Care in Madison and impressed again. I walked in this time and had a short wait, but not as long as I had expected. Robert at the front desk does a great job with a great attitude. The care team was professional, listened to and addressed my concerns, and I was able to pick up my prescriptions at my pharmacy within an hour.

So thankful this clinic was open on New Years Day! The paperwork is digital which seems much less cumbersome when you already feel sick. The portal allows you to see a live wait time. I waited less than 30 minutes to be seen. Very efficient and friendly staff! I would recommend this facility and would revisit them for future needs.

All the staff was very nice and helpful. Upon signing in, I was told there were 13 people ahead of me and it would be a 3-4 hour wait. They were very efficient and it was much less than that. They got me in, seen and prescriptions sent.

My wife and I both needed to be seen, we were experiencing sinus symptoms and generally not feeling well. They got us checked in quickly and we were seen within 30 minutes. We were tested for all the usual suspects and we were on our way. Very friendly staff. Thankful to them all.

Nurse Shauna was very helpful and professional giving shots, I didn't even feel anything while she was giving the shots, also She is so sweet and friendly, and everyone else was friendly and sweet also.

Staff was very professional and wait time was minimal. The physician was thorough and explained my diagnosis and actually allowed me to ask questions without feeling rushed. Definitely recommend this place and if possible go online and hold your place in line.

Their process is so easy. I scheduled an appointment using their app, was seen, diagnosed, and out the door within 45 minutes. I use this Urgent Care facility when I can not get an immediate appointment with my primary care physician. The doctors, nurses, and customer service representatives are very friendly and attentive.

I went in with Covid and the staff got me out quickly. They were all super nice. Will definitely go back to this location.

I was recently at Urgent Care in Madison, through the Huntsville Hospital and received excellent care from all the nurses aides, doctor on hand and the receptionist. I was treated with respect, care and promptness. I will definitely go back there in the future for medical care and appreciate all their services.

Very nice and easy going staff. Very kind and welcoming. The CRNP was wonderful. We discussed a medication I had concerns about. We came up with a plan of action in case the medication doesn’t seem to work well for me.

Highly recommend HH Urgent Care in Madison!!! Everyone here was super nice and got me taken care of quickly!!! Paperwork was a breeze and could be completed on my phone. I was in and out in about an hour!! Jennifer Grimmett, NP was super friendly and knowledgeable. LeAnn and Shauna were awesome. I will be back to this location next time I need urgent care!!

Ashley and Tamera were wonderful, understanding and comforting. I received kindness and care here I have not experienced in awhile. 100% recommend.

Office Staff was extremely help and patient. The medical staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others when they need to get in somewhere quick!

I took my son here for some infected bug bites. He is just a toddler and the entire staff was so kind, warm and friendly as soon as I walked in to check in. Making an appointment ahead online was a huge plus! The nurse practitioner who checked my son out was so patient and worked well with him! Very thorough! 😌
