One of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had! Anthony Lee was so helpful and made the process stress-free. He let us see multiple vehicles and went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! Everyone in the used car office was so sweet, especially the manager Mr. Dunn, who stayed after closing time to see that the process was completed and that we were happy with the experience there. I will absolutely buy future cars here again, as long as they are there! They even called this morning to wish me a happy birthday! One of the best and I plan to recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to visit Anthony!

We drove 2 hours from Nashville TN to look at a used van. The vehicle had just been traded in and Rob worked really hard to get the van detailed and serviced while we drove down to test drive it. He Facetimed us so we could see the features before we drove there which was key in us buying the van!
Bernard took us on our test drive and was super helpful, very nice and took really good care of us even filling the gas tank for us for our 2 hour drive home!
We highly recommend them!

I am very happy with the service I received at Landers Mclarty. My 2007 Jeep Liberty broke, the ball joints all broke. It was going to cost too much to repair, more than it’s worth. Ordean helped me purchase a newer Hyundai and got me an affordable payment. It was a wonderful stress free experience.

Listen!! Where do I start?!? We were greeted & being assisted from the time we got out of our vehicle !! Hadassah had the biggest smile! She was knowledgeable and eager to help! She was there from start to finish to answer all questions and any concerns we had. She was ON IT!! I was blown away to find out she had been on the job less than yr?? I'm like "NO WAY"
She knew her stuff!! Got me in & out in record timing, in the car that I wanted-- she didn't just try to put me in one. We will surely be back to do business here again! I have NO complaints! I can't remember names but I encountered at least 4 others who were attempting to help in any way- from offering waters, coffee, doughnuts, candy-- you name it! Service on 10/21/23 was TOP TIER !!

I purchased a new Doge Challenger 2021 today for my daughter and the Sales manager, GM, Finance manager, etc. (Henry, Hunter, Josh, etc….)were absolutely amazing. They were extremely nice and accommodating. They have great service and even though they weren’t able to provide the service I needed (did not find out until after I paid and left)they worked with me to see if there was a solution and then without hesitation worked to make sure I got a refund. I’ll definitely return for more service since they go above and beyond to try and solve the issues!

Hello, I had Mantayvious, “Tay” as my salesman. I knew what I wanted when I arrived. I had done my research. I traded in a vehicle. There was an amount in my mind that I needed. Ben came back with a very fair and actually an amazing offer on my trade in value. Ben is the sales manager. I would like to mention that I am ONLY basing this review on the two mentioned above. They were both uber professional, friendly, calm, not pushy and I just got a super good vibe from them. The Sales Manager Ben is perfectly suited for his job. He is personable, enthusiastic about his work, great at making connections and reading people, just a wonderful guy that wants to work with you. I just returned home from New York. I was at a huge Sales Convention for CEO’s. They opened the week with the lights black. They started playing the following video that I now watch weekly from YouTube. Amanda Palmer, “The Art of Asking”. I think it should be mandatory for every human. It was so life changing that I called everyone in my firm and made them stop what they were doing and watch it. Unfortunately - Ben was not working today, so I had to “deal” with a different sales manager. I found the man I worked with in finance to be condescending, uninterested, and almost rude. I do want to mention that I am an accountant. We all know the normal game. Lower the price of the trade in, and increase on sale price. Give you a great, amazing trade in value and now they can come down on the sale price. Same equation everywhere. BEN 5.0! TAY 5.0! I am for sure to misspell this but I think his full name is Mantayvious. I want to thank you both so much for being kind, real, transparent, and amazingly respectful. I highly recommend this dealership !! I would just stay with Mantayvious and Ben.

Hadassah Patterson and Ordean, they are the most incredible sales representatives I’ve ever dealt with!!!! Definitely made sure it was all about me and what I’m looking for! Hadassah went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable in the car when test driving and made sure it was everything I need and want! Made me feel as if friends was trying to sale me a car and not strangers💜💜 also Mrs. Sandy, the receptionist was absolutely the sweetest to me and my kids when we walked in to the building!! Her and Hadassah was the ONLY that spoke at first and helped us get with Ordean.

I want to thank Miranda Aldridge from the bottom of my heart for helping me make a dream come true of purchasing a Jeep Gladiator. She sealed the deal for me over the phone had all the paperwork ready to sign when I arrived. The whole deal took less than an hour . She is an amazing person to work with and I cannot say enough about this Wonderful experience after what I went through at Jeep Dealerships in Columbia Tennessee 🤦‍♀ ! The whole Sales team at Landers was amazing and courteous throughout the whole experience.

I bought my jeep Cherokee in 2016 brand new from Mr.Horne. I’ve never had an issue and when any recalls came up the dealership handled them promptly and at no cost. My latest experience was not the best (at first) due to staffing shortages waits are a bit long and some miscommunication between staff is to be expected. I went in for a “grinding noise” and was told brakes needed to be replaced- unfortunately that did not solve the problem so I took it back to the service department. Brian my rep listened to my concerns and assured me they could fix the issue he pointed me in the direction of service manager Jeremy. Let me say that this man is an angel Jeremy listened to everything I needed to say, even watch the videos that I had showing that my problem had not been resolved so he personally took time to re-diagnose my issue and corrected it himself. He was so apologetic and seemed very disappointed about my situation. To be honest, even if the problem had not gotten fixed so quickly I still would have given him a five star because I know he really wanted to help as much as possible… Ms.Gillespie is who you will speak with if you are not satisfied with your experience here at jeep. I voiced my concerns about the miscommunication and mishaps with my phone number, and she corrected and updated my information herself in the system to make sure that my experience in the future will have no delays due to my information being incorrect. This review is to simply say if you want a Family oriented vibe and experience with prompt service and genuine personalities, when dealing with your jeep or car don’t go to the other guys stay home right here at our local jeep dealer they truly care. That is all.

The experience I had was a huge surprise. Buying a new vehicle is such a demanding process and in our case had to meet certain criteria. I cannot express my appreciation enough for the the mangement, finance dept, sales staff who took accountability for the bumps in the road - but made sure we were taken care of with a vehicle that was perfect for us. Accountability - so unexpected to find - in this day and time. I would truely recommend this dealership and would buy from them in the future. Love the Cherokee Jeep!!

Took my new Ram 2500 into the service department as I lost my auto android on my screen over the weekend. Haley spent over 45 minutes getting it re-established and gave me a great tutorial on the capabilities of u-connect. Job well done.

Absolutely wonderful service!! Every staff member was kind, helpful, and just a delight. I was thankful for the automated message about their influx of customers causing higher wait times. For my specific issue, I was told I could show up anytime so I turned in my vehicle 2 hours before my appointment. I was all finished up by my original appointment time. Even the customers I waited with were awesome! This was such a great experience. Thank you all so much!

Fantastic Experience from start to finish. Just purchased a new 2019 RAM 1500 Ltd. Awesome truck and equally awesome dealership experience. I've been an F-150 guy for over 20 years, but decided to test the new RAM., and I'm so glad I did. I just love my new truck. Of course I had a lot of questions coming from Ford. My sales rep, Henry Steedley and the sales manager, Chris Allan, worked with me throughout the purchase. They were amazing. I felt they were there to show and demonstrate the product and answer my questions, but there was never any pressure to make the purchase. Truly a pleasant experience. LM CDJR gave me a great price on the new truck and excellent value on my trade-in. I've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, but this was by far the best experience.
