I shop the Millers Creek store. A couple weeks ago I bought a Boston Butt. A couple days later when I got it out to open I noticed the wrap was not tight. I opened it and it stank bad. I called the store and told them. I didn’t have a receipt. The manager told me to take a photo of the label with the barcode and bring it to the store. He refunded my money and gave me another Boston Butt free of charge. I said he didn’t need to give me one for free because they didn’t package it. He said it is their policy and wished me a great day. I bet Walmart would have told me to take a hike.

Store was well stocked . Employees friendly.

This store is always clean and organized. The food is very easy to find and grouped together in their proper location.

This Food Lion is in the small township of Miller's Creek, NC. I went here for a friend of mine to do her shopping. Really great store. Clean, easy to navigate, well stocked shelves & the workers are super friendly.

They always help me I'm disabled & I can't work their app, so I can call I only ask for a few things but the millerscreek store always takes what I need &puts at customer care desk&,comes out to front of store &helps me purchase it when I get there, I appreciate the store Cassidy is a good employee &and kinda curly long black haired boy they're awesome, there's this one skinny brunette little Auburn hair is kinda rude to staff&pretty well rude to disabled adults and right in front other customers I'll be sure to find out curly -aired nice boy&rude assistant manage"s name&come back&re edit if they don't erase this because I complained about the assistant manager, but I basically love all the staff there's a staff member that works the ilse at customer service line&she's really respectful doesn't mind a little small talk as long as I'm not holding up the line which I definitely try not to do cause I hate waiting so I. Know what it's like to have to, they are also great about returning or replacing spoilt food, I can honestly say I love food lion especially this one so much so I've gotten to the point ☝ I kinda hate Walmart, I'm sorry 😔 but it's true, only thing i hate is our economies prices had togo so high even food lion but they didn't do is to awfully bad, but I can honestly say I love the staff&,store in millerscreek tremendously!! &, Thank you for being so helpful!

Wife loves shopping for groceries here. Excellent selection at great prices. In and out fast, never long lines. Store is clean, including the bathroom.

This being the closest grocery store to me makes it my favorite. I like shopping at Food Lion as I can save a lot of money each year using my MVP card. The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly and very helpful as well.

My FAVORITE grocery store! Always so fresh & clean inside, the MOST 😇 helpful & considerate employees! I'm in love 💕 with their NEW "Nature's place" organic & environmentally friendly products! The NP breads in rhe deli are 😋 delicious! This store gets 5 🌟 stars EVERY time I'm there. Check out their brand of .88cent 🍕 pizza's. Perfect size for 1 person. Everybody can pick their favorite!

A young man named Zack Mcclain I think his name is has always provided me with excellent customer service and directed me to everything that I needed throughout the store

Only 2 complaints I have is they had no cherries yet and some other grocers do and they were out of shredded hash browns. I opted for diced as a substitute. The store is always so clean and smells good. The laundry auds isle is never overpowering.

This location is always very clean and well stocked. The cashiers are very courteous. If the lines are backed up the managers do not hesitate to open more cash registers.

Clean and employees are very helpful to find things you're not able to find, prices are good here, don't have to wait in line very long, always like to save money on my MVP card, will return.

I do most of my shopping at Food Lion, they always have great deals and discounts on food items. The store is always organized and clean, everything is easy to find and employees are helpful and friendly. Also, they have a couple of car buggies for young children to ride in, which is extremely helpful for parents, kids actually want to sit in these buggies and now they also have mini buggies for the kiddo's to push theirselves. All this makes Food Lion my preferred grocery store.

Always friendly and helpful. Need to stock more often. The variety is limited.

I won't be shopping at this "particular Food Lion anymore for a while.The cashier informed me that they don't wear face masks anymore because in Miller's Creek they don't have to!! I live less than 2 miles away in North Wilkesboro where it just became mandatory again. Apparently the safety of their clients is not their first priority.
