Smoke club

I’ve been to all the vape shops in town and I have not seen anything as big and as organized as this place. They have the best products and the employees are very knowledgeable about everything they have.

This is a very good clean store with everything that you need and the people behind the counter a friendly and easy to get to know. I highly recommend.

Decent place it'd be nice if they could stay open later it's hard to get what I need when they are closed as I head home

This place may be clean, but that's most likely because they have nothing better to do! Because either they are on their cell phones while serving customers, they have ZERO KNOWLEDGE regarding ANY products they sell. They tell people they honor returns when you call, bc you bought something that they KNOW NOTHING ABOUT their products, which makes this THEOR FAULT, the MAAAYYYBE 21 yr old male behind the counter was VERY VERBALLY CLEAR, in front of OTHER CUSTOMERS that he "doesn't CARE if he loses customers" bc he had JUST told us on a speaker phone call w/wittnesses, to come on back he'll swap it out no problem, bc it was literally bought not 2 mins prior. He sold me something that doesn't fit with my set-up. I've spent hundreds of dollars here and THIS is how they TREAT HIGH PAYING CUSTOMERS??? The lack of KNOWLEDGE on the employees part was the reason for the INCORRECT PURCHASE. But Big Man LOUDLY DOESN'T CARE IF HE LOSES CUSTOMERS FOR THE STORE, NOT EVEN HIGH PAYING CUSTOMERS. This place won't last long. It's being run by ignorant people that have ZERO customer service skills. They don't say "Hello" or "Have a nice day", are to busy on their cell phones, while supposedly supposed to being helping customers! THERE'S TONS OUT OF WORK & THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST YOU COULD FIND😳😳😳

This store is a branch of the one on 421 next to the Dollar tree so whatever rating you give that one this one deserves the same
