Mary Barnes helped my husband and I upgrade our phones. She was helpful, very friendly and attentive. She was easy to talk with and made us feel very comfortable with the upgrades. She was patient and went the extra mile to get us the best prices. We appreciate meeting with her and will recommend her to anyone who asks.

Mary Barnes was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Went through everything we needed to know about our upgrades. I really appreciated her. This was the first time at this store that I felt like someone WANTED to help me. Maybe pressed the DirecTV stream service a little more than I would like, but I realize that is the nature of her job.

The wait to be seen was a little excessive but the Agent was very kind and fully aware of how to fix us up. Sabra is a true GEM to AT&T

Michael was the one who had helped us. He took all the time we needed to help us and make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend going there. Their customer service is great. Yes you have to wait a while, but it’s because they care for every customer equally.

Employee was very timely and friendly providing answers to all customers coming through the door with wait and time. She was very knowledgeable on all equipment that I wanted to purchase. And gave me quick easy tips to help me navigate my phone easier. This employee is a great example for how customer service should be. Furthermore, she was understaff with a couple of cranky customers and she handled all of it gracefully, professionally, and timely.

Krisney is amazing. She helped myself and family get new service with AT&T, got us an amazing deal, and was so patient transferring all our devices from the old carrier to the new one. I had to go back the second night for a couple of things and the entire store was busy with friendly employees helping customers. Such a refreshing place to do business. Thank you.

Mary helped me this evening with a new line for my father in law and getting a few errors corrected on their accounts. She was very patient and went out of her way to help me get a claim started on my daughters phone as well! She is awesome!

Omg. I have went to several AT&T stores in Muskogee to see if they have the 12’ or 13’s. I felt like I was a burden by asking when may receive or how long it takes to get one if ordered. I decided to call Tahlequah and Bryar and he answered all ?’s over the phone, he was very professional and when I came into store he was with another customer and apologized then here came Floyd and he was awesome. He explains the best option and was not pushy when helping. Kyle the manager was awesome . Even though I live in another town I will come over here when I need something.I highly recommend this store. Thanks Tahlequah AT&T you guys are the best. If I could rate you guys with a 100 I would. We went to the Tahlequah AT&T and Rafael Byers helped us w purchasing an I-watch. She was so kind and so patient. She answered multiple questions about our bill and made the changes after a very informed session. I have come into the store and had a few associates I didn’t connect with. But Rachael was outstanding!!

Took my grandmother to the store for a new phone. She has trouble with smartphones and deciding which is best for her needs. She was assisted by Rachel who was knowledgeable and very helpful. My grandmother left the store in a timely manner and loves her new phone. Very pleased with the service at the store and will return for future phone needs.
