Had an excellent experience today in this store. Ali helped me to ship a package, that I thought couldn’t work as I had a prepaid ups label but it was in my email. Ali walked me through every step where I could email the label to the store, print it off and ship my package! It was so easy! She was incredibly kind, helpful and went above and beyond. She even gave me a coupon to use on my shipping materials I bought there. Haven’t had such a great customer service experience in years or ever! Ali is the real deal!

Store was clean and staff was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Done a fantastic job on our business card's. Definitely will be shopping here again.

Needed to print graduation announcements, but wasn't sure how the quality would be since the photos I was using looked blurry when I was designing them online. My wife called the store and Jocelyn at the print desk helped her. Jocelyn was incredibly helpful. She walked us through how to order them online so she could print a sample one for us. That way we could see what the final product would look like. That kind of customer service is very important to me. Especially these days with all the employee shortages. Jocelyn was just as nice and attentive in person even though they were busy when we got to the store. On top of all that the cards came out great 👍🏻. We were so pleased that when we went home we decided to order return address labels as well. Good customer service and good prices will always win my business. THANK YOU JOCELYN ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I had A template for a notch I needed printed to full sheet. I emailed them within a matter of 30 minutes it was ready to be picked up. Came out excellent! Will definitely be going back here for my printing needs>

Went to get a last-minute print job done for a class. They got me right in for the big job that morning and again for some follow-up printing the same evening. Staff doing the printing in the morning (Jordan, maybe?) was very knowledgable and got me what I needed. The evening trip was a simple print job.

I shop this store for the awesome school supplies in summer. Im able to buy extra to donate to a class. There is a good clearance shelf in the back of the store that has some goodies like journals, candles etc. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about products. With the rewards program, I recieved a $5 coupon and bought 25 single subject notebooks to donate and just paid tax. I also buy my ink cartridges here and make copies in bulk when I need to.

I called the printing department and talked to Kristine about what I was needing. Her words were "I like a challenge!"
It was a challenge, for sure, but she totally nailed it and was very nice and professional as I stood waiting with my 3 crazy kids.
