I called the day I was serviced and was told to come on in. Not only were my needs taken care of I was in and out in about an hour. Everyone was courteous and kind. STELLAR SERVICE!!!

Everyone was polite and very friendly. Car was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend if you needed car service to go to this facility.

On the Fort with Rental car that had bad wiper. Pulled in on a whim and James the service writer was incredible! Super friendly withlinebacking up and phone ringing with customers, he got his tech to put it on while juggling a bunch! Give James a raise cause he is great.

I've been bring my van here for some time now, I had always had a good experience until today... I dropped my van off for maintenance. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, my children and I walked to the exchange to kill some time, 2 and half hours later I called to check on the status of my van. I was told there was an issue with another car and they had just started on mine. Needless to say I was very upset because, it was going to be another 2-3 hour wait. I called a taxi for my kids and I to get home, on the way home in the taxi I received a call from Firestone telling me my car was ready. So, I had the taxi turn around and drop me off. Now, I gave five stars because.. 1. Their customer service is really good, this was the first time this has every happened.
2. On top of an already discount I was receiving they took care of my oil change for me taking off more than 80.00 off my bill. I would definitely recommend them and I will be continuing my service with them.

I have been coming to this location for several years. I have become familiar with almost all the staff there and it always feels like family/friends. They always provide great service and it feels like they are always looking out for the customer. Not only on my interactions with them but my observed interactions with others.

BLUF: Genuinely good people work at this location to ensure their hard work satisfies the customer.

I had a blowout on I-185, managed to get my spare on and limp on to post. Even with a full schedule Armon assured me that he would work me in and gave me good recommendations/price on tires. They even dropped me off on post. I received a follow up call to let me know it was finished, and the technician, steve, even went out in the rain with me to answer some questions on my new tires.

These people are the most trustworthy folks I have met in the car business, and I recommend them to anyone that needs auto care at Fort Benning. They really care, and will make sure the job is done correctly.

Ronnie, Armon, Lon and the others are AMAZING! I've been consistently dealing with this for two years and do not have one negative thing to say! They stand behind their work, will do what they can to accommodate and all the hours they are open really help with schedule conflicts. They go the extra mile and try to save you a dime wherever they can! I only trust them with me and my families vehicles. Went in to see what other services were available besides an oil change. To my surprise, they have multiple services for your vehicle there. I happened to need a battery for my truck the day I went in. They had exactly what I needed for a reasonable price. I was in and out in under ten minutes.
