I wanted to recognize Marisel in the Pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help me sort out a confusing issue with one of my prescriptions. Her responsiveness and care made all the difference for me. She was willing to dig deeper until we got the issue figured out. I have been coming to this location for a few years and the team always does an amazing job. Marisel's commitment really stands out as exceptional!

First time using this CVS. Came from an Urgent Care at night and so glad this place was open 24 hrs! Very convenient. Also the young lady (pharm tech) was friendly, kind & very helpful. Somehow CVS was not in my insurance’s network of pharmacies. And I had to pay for these meds out of pocket. She took the time to search out discounts for me. Thank you so much! I felt cared for here.

WOW! I have not had such a good customer service experience at a pharmacy in many, many years. We walk in and it is quite busy. The computers are down and you would think it would have been a panic show. I watched in awe as all of the employees greeted customers and explained the situation. I couldn't believe how cooperative all the customers were too! No one got angry, no raised voices, no stressed out employees making the situation worse. Everyone was very professional and communicated so well. The customers all waited patiently and the computers rebooted. We were all assisted and the line moved very quickly. This is how it used to feel to go to your local pharmacy! Thank you to all of you. Job well done!

Routed myself to CVS today even though the Walgreens was more conveniently located in order to show support for women’s health remaining in the hands of women and between them and their doctors. Was pleasantly greeted, found my item quickly (it happened to also be on sale which was a bonus) and enjoyed an easy self checkout system (my preference). Also loved that ApplePay was an option. Highly recommend showing your support to companies that respect privacy issues!

I was helped by Nicole in the pharmacy. I am new to discount programs for medication, but she went above and beyond to find the best price on Good RX, and that saved me nearly half off the original price. Thank goodness for techs like her that don't mind going the extra mile for customers.

I went for a physical examen and my flu and whooping cough vaccines and the attention was great!! Very lovely and profesional.

Always had good service at this pharmacy. Even late at night when I get off work. Very much appreciate that they are open 24 hours a day.
