I'm the queen of procrastination and last minute "semi-brilliant" ideas... I found myself the day before a corporate event needing 250 business cards with a very specific message. Christine not only got it done, she exceeded my expectations!

I laughed when told her I needed them quick, inexpensive, and high quality. Knowing that's an impossible ask! She said give me a few minutes...

Here I go 30 minutes later, exactly what I envisioned, for 30% of what I expected it to cost!

Khala is an amazing associate. She handled my complicated return with politeness and professionalism. I use this store frequently and even if there is a line they make getting in and out a nice experience.

I just stopped in on my lunch break to ship a package and I couldn’t have asked for more. I was in and out within five minutes. The associate (Khala) who helped me was extremely polite. Great experience all around.

Khala was so helpful. I had an issue with a couple of my returns for Amazon. She didn’t just tell me that she couldn’t take them. She told me how to resolve the problem. A very pleasant girl!

Heather kindly help my family and I to notarize our documents. She explained all the process and was really patient with our questions, I will definitely reach her out in case I need notarized more documents.

Quick, easy and friendly service. Kevin kindly helped me carry a heavy box and Mariah was efficient and knowledgeable at the register. Keep up the great work!

What can I say Mariah not only saved my day but she made it! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve visited a store and the teammate didn’t have the answers. However I can tell how many times I’ve never had to ask questions before, once and this was the trip! Mariah was kind, informative and most of all, out the customer 1st and offered several options to cater to my needs! Mariah is the best and deserves a medal for saving my day!! Thanks Mariah!

Every time I go to the UPS store they are super helpful and very attentive to the customers. Allaina has served me several times and she is friendly and efficient.

Walked in with two things I needed to return. Kevin greeted me, and he and Miss Robyn took care of everything.
I was amazed how quickly and painless everything was handled and completed. I think the best part was how modest Kevin seemed. He said he was just doing his job. I am genuinely grateful when people do their jobs THIS well!!
