AT&T Store

I had a horrible experience at another ATT store a couple of months ago and stopped in this store to drop off my trade-in rather than the previous location. I received a call a few days later from the manager (didnt get her name) informing me of how she could save me money on my account which I will take her up on when its time. Last month my wife went to the previously mentioned location with an issue with her galaxy watch. She received zero customer service. I once again stopped by this location asking questions about the watch. The gentleman I met with (once again did not get name) told me exactly what I needed to do to make it work. He offered to do it for me but I did not have the watch or the phone with me. I went home and did exactly as instructed and now it works fine. The previous store never even asked to see the device to make sure it was set up correctly. Needless to say, I will make the trip 20 minutes down the highway every time to give this store my business.

Katelyn was outstanding with her customer service gentle and sweet. It was the little things she did I needed my glasses cleaned while waiting to pay for my phone services and she offered microfiber clothes and alcohol pads. I got more then what I came in for. She Knows how to handle people .

Jason was the best. Very knowledgeable, patient, and what all employees should strive to be like.

Went to AT&T in Royse City Saturday and Katie was a knowledgeable and great salesperson. Highly recommended stopping by seeing her.

Katie is the girl to see! She has helped me multiple times and always has the best customer service. Everyone at the store is so helpful and polite and willing to help with all my questions. I never feel judged and I always feel like they care!

I spoke to the manager name Katie and she was very professional and helpful with the situation that I had with my account. She was able to resolve the issue that I had and I was very satisfied with the conversation with her. I will definitely go back to this store to get help form Katie! After being with Verizon for 10 years we left and went to att. So far everything is going great, our bill is cheaper, and we now have signal at home for phone calls!

Heather was great and very knowledgeable. She helped us get new phones and add another line. She was able to answer all our questions.

I had started to switch my service from T-Mobile over to AT&T via phone and their customer support. Unfortunately I got disconnected and was unable to make or receive calls/texts. T-Mobile was giving me the run around for over an hour so I drove to this AT&T store. Both associates were helping customers when I walked in, but both took a moment to greet me. Within a few minutes Jacks was available. I was freaking out about my phone not working as I use my phone for work. Jacks immediately started looking into my account and troubleshooting my phone. I’m not sure what she did but she got my phone up and running within 5 mins! Thank you so much Jacks! You were extremely helpful and quick!

Everyone in the store is so nice and friendly. It makes the process of doing business that much easier. Thank you for always being so kind and professional!

I have always had great service here. Yes, there’s often long wait times as there is rarely more than one person working the store. But they are always courteous, informative and professional.

I had already upgraded my phone, but needed to return my old phone for a credit. Instead of waiting in line behind people setting up a new account, selecting phones, etc. (long wait!), I was able to drop my phone off and leave my number. John took care of the credit in between customers within a couple of hours. He emailed and texted me the receipt and even answered a question via text while I was out running errands. Great service!!

After going to a few places, I finally got a great service by Dave Ashbrook at this location. He was a true professional and was able to thoroughly answer my questions. He made the process so easy and painful and also showed me how easy it was to get me some airpod pros. Something I’ve been wanting for awhile. So, not only he solved all my problems and got me a good plan, he also got me some AirPods and some additional upgrades that I had no idea were out there. Thank you Dave for your great service and expertise!

Katie and her team have helped me through MANY cellular, landline, & WI-FI situations. Even though she left state, she still takes care of me and all my issues. She’s the only reason I stay with ATT. Honestly……

This is the place to go if you want great service with a great atmosphere. A great team with an ever better manager! I will only come to this stores for my AT&T products and questions!

They had really nice staff and went they extra mile to make sure I got a great deal. Will definitely come again.
