I feel bad for the store that the doesn’t get much for traffic or advertisement. They are Trying there best with the scraps they have. And I always see the same two amazing guys helping me and it seems like they’re the only staff members that have initiative and ethics y’all need to hire other great workers like them . And I see people putting one stars for the dumbest reasons . All the issues T-Mobile is having in this location is not due to the workers but T-Mobile itself. My experience at this T-Mobile has been nothing but great, any grievances I’ve had if any have been with T-Mobile them selves not because of the sales personnel. This spot is a gem for those who are tired of long lines and forceful sales pitches. I would give this store a shot if you live in the tuckerton area!

Very helpful, caring and kind. Lots of patients Mr Frank Miranda had with me and my father , when I was having difficult issues with changing my wireless company and explaining things for me and my father to understand . And he was very knowledgeable. He knows what he’s doing. You could really tell that this category/environment of expertise of technology. And Mr Jordan was very kind as well .

Greeted as soon as I walked into the store. I wasn’t sure which size or color I wanted. Everyone was helpful and helped me determine what I needed/wanted. Changed my mind a couple times and still they were patient. I wanted a color they thought they didn’t have but so excited to learn they actually did. Manager was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and not pressured. All staff who helped me (Patricia,Chris and Blayne) so awesome!! Wonderful experience.

Amazing customer service! Switching from Verizon and Fi to T-Mobile was easy and efficient thanks to Keven. He was very professional and patient with us as we asked 100 questions. The phone trade-in and porting was super smooth. The data transfer was fast and we are now a T-Mobile family.

DJ at T-Mobile on tuckerton was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly. I went in looking for a new phone and left with a phone and two apple watches. Nicholas was also very nice and helpful……Stay away from TMobile on Fry and West road. They were very unhelpful and obviously dont care about their sales. Hopefully they get customer service training soon.

We did the trade in IPhone 8 but there were some issues about the account. Sam really did a great job. Their customer service is very friendly. Highly recommend this place if you have trouble with the other store.

These guys were awesome! Staff and manager were super friendly and did everything to help move my plan over from AT&T. No hidden fees, no pushing salesman, just friendly knowledgeable guys just looking to help. Highly recommend.

I had an issue previously but the manager David and Steven resolved it very well, they were very polite and clearly knew what they were doing. If I need anything in the future I will definitely come back to this location. Overall an amazing experience.

My experience at Tmobile store at Tuckerton road was great. I was dealt by an associate Tyler. She served me very professionally and she was very helpful to me as well.

I went in to get quotes for a new cell phone plan and was amazed by the service by Andrew. After my contract ends, I’m definitely going to come see Andrew. He’s awesome!

The staff are so friendly. Anthony is one of the manager and he very helpful and Aldo was very patient with me. I moved 4 lines to tmobile and they were very helpful.

Great customer service, I had an issue and other T-Mobile store did not help, Quinn was very helpful and quick in resolving. strongly recommend this store.

UPDATED: My original review was for the wrong location. My apologies. The staff at this location were friendly and helpful even though the phone we were looking for was not in stock. But we just dropped in. It was the next location where we called ahead. Again, my apologies for the blunder.
