Walmart Neighborhood Market

This is a small Walmart do not expect to find electronics or clothing items here. This is a grocery store with a decent frozen, meat and produce sections. A plus is a pharmacy in store with COVID-19 Vaccines. Of course you have to make an appointment to get the vaccine.

The manager (black male, light blue Walmart polo, and locs), the young lady running self check out, and the other working a register (about 18-21yrs) DESERVE A RAISE and sooo much praise. Long story short, I went in (around 2:45, 3pm) and I was being followed by an older man the entire time I was shopping, to the point I had to call my brother and keep him on the phone just in case. I told the young lady running self checkout and she immediately helped me, mentioning it to the other young lady running a register and telling her manager. She let me speak to the manager, he was very kind and escorted me out. He was very alert the entire time and even had us wait by his car until the creep left because the man followed us out and (I didn’t realized until he pointed it out) was parked two cars down from mine. After the man left, he walked me to my car and helped load my groceries.

I’ve had a similar experience in the past at a Ross and they basically told me they couldn’t help, so I had to wait in the store next door until I felt it was safe to go to my car. This IS true customer service. Thank you to all three employees for everything!!

Gina is great..! I only to pick up. Friendly, accurate, precise, on time. No wait. She even asks what you need to put where. I have tried pick up at other locations. None of other Walmarts has figured it out. May be it’s not the store, but who works there. Gina makes this location great..!

Great location and courteous staff. The aisles are well maintained, clean and items clearly marked. The fruit/produce here always looks really fresh, however, a bit pricey in our area especially vs. other nearby competitors. Overall, I come here mostly for quick grab n go items & there is always ample staff available ready to assist. Positive comparison unlike most Wal-Mart's👍

This mini-supermarket is perfect for the neighborhood. Clean and fresh grocery, I can get all I need in and out within 20 minutes. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly. I also picked up online orders here several times as well as outside pickup. Really love how they manage this Walmart. Hope they keep up the great work.

Greeted by polite gentleman who had every cart in perfect order. All self checkout lanes were open, and I found everything I needed. Great job

This location always has the most helpful and friendly staff when I use the grocery pick up. Even when they’re having a hard time keeping up with a holiday weekend rush, they’re still so nice and apologetic. Customer service at this location is top notch.

Love this place, they've got everything you need in groceries, easy to get around quick in & out! Sometimes you don't want to walk through a big store to get a few things you need or stop by and get something to make for dinner after a long day at work. It's a great place to shop and a big plus if you have limited mobility ( bad knees and such) or for an elderly person not able through a big store.🚗🏃🛍🛒🤰🛒👵👴🛒♿🤕 ....... Thanks Walmart!!!! 🏆👍👍👍

Every time I pick up my groceries, everyone is friendly and taking the proper precautions to be sanitary. Percy has now helped us twice and has been very kind and helpful.

7/13/17 Mary at customer Service is the best and super honest. I was waiting in line to get a money order, the guy in front of me was sending money over seas and it was taking for ever.I was standing there over 5 min Mary walks by and I guess could tell I been waiting a while and opens up a second register and offered to help me. Well I was ready to get out of there from being tired of waiting and miscounted my cash. Well i could see she checked like two times then she told me you over paid by $100 and she handed me the $100 back. I could have sworn I gave her the correct amount so she recounted again and she was right I over paid. Wow I'm impressed with her Honesty and great customer service. She could have pocketed the $100 and I wouldn't have known. Thank you Mary I will definitely shop here again.

I found what I needed and didn't buy a bunch of other stuff I really didn't lmfao. Corey is kool af and pointed me in the direction I would need to go in the store from the parking lot where I stopped her. The produce dept looked and tasted very very fresh. No long lines this morning so I was in and out. Store was noticably immaculate. Kudos to ALL THE STAFF keeping the ship afloat!!!

Pharmacy - was handling my script minutes after it was sent to them and even though they couldn't fill it that evening with only and hour until closing they found a nearby Walmart that could create the compound - 290 super center stayed open 10 minutes late to complete my order and help my child heal. Great group of truly caring people.

I love shopping here if you want a smaller grocery store experience this is the perfect place. The clerks are extremely friendly and I never have a problem finding my car when I leave.

Staff is always courteous and helpful. They don't run away from you like every other walmart in the area. They ask if you need help or have questions. I use the walmart pick up app sometimes when I know I won't have time to go in and they always do it right. If they don't have what I ordered they give me an equal or greater item to compensate for them not having exactly what I wanted. Never though I'd say this about any walmart but I highly recommend this location.

Wow. Walmart has an impressive, clean, and well designed store here. I was pleasantly surprised. Many chains use "Market" as a one off. This is a One Plus. This is better than many grocery stores. Kudos. Well done.

The associates are extremely cheerful, helpful and genuine it's the only place I want to grocery shop. Every associate says hello and asks if there's anything they can help you with. The BEST customer service EVER. Thanks .

This is a convenient market right around the corner from my dads. When we come to vist this is a stop we make first. It is a market place but diapers and formula plates and some household items are available here. Team members are kind and easy to find if you need help. This place has a self check out and a customer service department.
