The best thing about this store is their customer service. Every member of the staff that we have interacted with has been helpful ! They are always helpful.

What I like about this Kroger is that the laid out it’s very logical and the aisle categories are well marked And if you want sushi, they can even make it for you. Also if you want one specific cut of meat, they'll do it for you too. How do you want your deli meat/cheese cut?

Her yo can find not just groceries but household items, medicines, toiletries, cleaning supplies, clothing, pharmacy and curbside service. I really recommend it.

The deli in this Kroger is so awesome. So helpful.

We had a shortage for kids meals for our community festival at church and they quickly provided the needed food.

They were very pleasant and it was so nice because normally you have to order in advance but they stepped in the gap and helped out.

This is our local Kroger and we really love it. They have some good procedures in place that allow you to do self checkout much more efficiently and fast. They also have people there at the lines to help you check out. They always seem to be well stocked and one of the great things is that if you can talk to the manager and have them order things that you don't see in stock. For example we asked to have it some brands of soup added and we were able to pick them up a week or two later. The store is kept clean and there are plenty of people to help you if you have any questions.

This is the best Kroger's in Harris County. Always have something good, half price.

Great store....very competitive with HEB and Central Market. I'm very impressed with this store and will be shopping here more often.

I love the wide parking spaces. Employees are great and the store is always clean. They have fresh food and lots to choose from.

My first time shopping at this Kroger! I luckily found my way around just fine although I did ask for help a couple of times from friendly stockers. Everyone was very helpful. Food, esp veggies and fruit was fresh. I really liked the larger Kroger which is selling something household products and clothing not typically found in a grocery store.

Clean, lots of options on produce and quality meat. Friendly staff that knows you when you come in. My favorite grocery store!

The thing that really sets this store apart is the customer service. Every person that I have interacted with has been great! They are always helpful, courteous and well informed on their store. Every question I have ever asked has been answered, either by that employee, or they have taken me (not just called out on the announcement speakers) to the person who was able to answer.

I shop here regularly. Store is always clean. Restrooms are usually clean. Nice employees. Friendly.

Kroger I hope you see this! I saw a young man today who was exceptional working at your store! As we walked in to the store an older lady who had just exited his check out station had her case of water fall off her basket. He excused himself from his current customer and quickly helped the older lady with her case of water. Cudos to this young man showing that being a gentleman is still alive in some of the young people. Because of what we saw upon entering we chose to use him to check out with. Very pleasant, greeted us, looked us in the face and smiled, thanked us for our business and for a bonus even the guy bagging our groceries wished us a great day. I don’t know who is training these young men but bravo!!!!

Always have good deals. Good inventory. Friendly staff. Only 5 minutes away super convenient.

Utopia. Clearly miles above the rest. Value added. The store makes you feel valuable as a customer to Kroger. When you walk through the first set of double doors you know your in for something special.
The store is remarkably clean, spacious (almost to a fault), neat..like r-e-a-l-l-y neat, well stocked, variety like no other, they have the hard to find ingredients, special over and above bakery and savory delicacies, the prices are good-they make sense, attentive staff, fast checkout process, in store Starbucks that's grander than the usual, great parking, and in a fabulous location.
This store opens your mind to try cuisines from all over the world, inspiring and value added in a way that exceeds customer expectations with every step you take. As you shop-the store has a way of making you feel good and special inside because it feels like a treat. This store makes you feel like the chef you're not and/or the chef you want to be. Kroger Marketplace delivers everything you've wanted in a grocery store, then surpasses it. Overwhelming? No. Indulgent? Yeeeeesss.

Huge store with great selection.

Very easy to get to and there's plenty of room for parking. It's like most Kroger very clean and a very helpful staff. The management is great they will work with you if they have a item that's on sale and give you a rain check if they are out of that particular item. I shop mostly at Kroger because there workers actually seem to enjoy being there, not to mention the fuel points are great.

This is a wonderful newer location which has great product, a clean store, and pleasant customer service. Lots of extras like a Sushi station, fresh juice table, Starbucks, clothing, toys, and even a Jewelry store. Everything is always in its place and clean. Convenient fuel station outside, and store now offers ONLINE shopping & curb side pickup. Staff is friendly and very helpful. If I had to pick an area for improvement is some of the produce lines have been turning within 3 days of purchase (even when freshly stocked). Might just be a supplier issue, but something to notice.

Big store! Very friendly staff, lots of great produce, big store has clothing and everything a regular Krogers has and more!

Everyone are professional , great to see smiling staff, always asking how may i help you. So clean and fresh, delicious food, bread, and so on so forth. Cashiers will not make me feel embarassed whenever i ran out of cash or my credit card without sufficient fund. And supervisors are so fast to assist cashiers. A genuine customer service on this location.

Great addition to Towne Lake. Plenty of parking, super clean store and no long lines at the checkout. This store is always well stocked with a lot of departments that are not in your typical Kroger's. They do a great job on Homecoming mum's as well!
