Big Lots

My husband and I were there yesterday and purchased a BH Madison Lift Chair, and we absolutely can't say enough nice things about Ashley! She was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. She also has a great sense of humor; my husband joked with her about her name tag being upside down. We will remember her as Upside Down Ashley. 😁 Thank you Ashley, you helped make an 86-year-old lady's Christmas with all of your help and extra effort! I do not remember the manager's name, but he was also very helpful and kind. He helped load the heavy chair into our SUV. They both are warm and welcoming and greet people with a smile. Thank you both. We hope you have a very merry Christmas! 🎄

Staff very helpful. The store on Davis is mainly furniture. They had what we wanted at a good price. No free delivery. If you want to have something delivered they give you a phone number for a delivery service.

I received wonderful customer service from the furniture floor rep who passionately answered many questions I had regarding different style, availability, durability of the chest of drawers I wanted. She called the other store to hold my order since they didn't have the stock of the model, and I also received great loading service after purchasing.
I've since returned many times for their various discounts and good deals. Big Lots is the only store I shop for most of my staple household items.

Excellent store to get a great price. They have a decent grocery area and household goods area. If you are trying to save some money, this is the place to go.

If you are looking to get items for your home. They have them and are reasonably priced. I happened to also find a nice bottle of cologne on clearance for $1.50... Lucky me.

I bought a carpet there that was supposed to be $89 and when I got to the cash register it was on sale for $62.99 or whatever. I love that when you get a surprise at the cash register.

Wow, Eric was on it. Came in for furniture. Top notch customer service and knowledge. In and out in a matter of minutes. Will definitely be back to this location for other items.

I shopped here to get little last minute gifts but I also come here occasionally looking for good deals.

I found this place unusually well organized for a big lots. Lots of household stuff at good prices. Very clean and laid out well. I love big lots. I remember when it was Pic n save.

Just went there for coffee k cups. The price was great for a 80 count box. At checkout the cashier was so friendly it almost scared me (lol) Definitely recommend. I will be going back.

I’ve shopped at various Big Lots and have never had an experience as professional, personable, and sincerely positive as my interactions with Vandie from start to finish. Vandie genuinely displayed amazing customer service. She’s incredibly prompt, efficient and went that extra mile to get what we needed. Each store employee I encountered asked if I needed help finding anything. Employees wore face masks, which is always nice to see. Prices are great. Store is clean, neat, and organized. Although I was the last shopper to check out at closing time, the cashier still offered to find and update my rewards account. Overall, nice, stress-free, shopping experience.

Great Managers! Always willing to go the extra mile for their customers... I've seen them go check shelves for product availability to running the registers to help their staff out. No job is to medial for them to do. You don't see that kind of management service very often.

I like Big Lots! They've always have been competitive with much larger stores with some items found only there. Great store to roam around. Clean, well kept and clear asiles!

Kerri and Michael went above and beyond to help us today. My daughter was looking for an apartment chair, and Kerri made sure we found the one we wanted. Then at checkout Michael got my daughter signed up for rewards and she got $5 off. They went beyond just being friwndly. Good customer service is becoming so rare these days, they were a pleasant surprise!

Whent in to kill some time before another store opened in the same shopping center. Unfortunately due to current circumstances of low stock I did nit buy anything.

Is a five-star store from me also to get my creation things there two letters in Words and things that I need and I print on my things when I finish him like my puzzles I put my name in my company on it Little Creations they have these buckets that you have the tops that goes on them the lids and they have wheels on some of them I love those they are so convenient for me when I am trying to move my things around thank you big lot and your employees are great give them a raise
