AT&T Store

Diego helped me, and he is THE BEST. Just think how many phones and issues they encounter. He fixed mine in less than 15 minutes and explained what was going on. I was there to get a new phone, but really loved mine and didn't want another and especially to spend the money. He took my phone and I felt like someone took an oxygen mask and helped me to breathe again!!!!!

Love coming this store, the staff is always helpful. I recently upgraded and it was an easy pleasant transaction. Thank you Itza

Diego was a fantastic! Very personable, friendly, comfortable to work with and so knowledgeable! I don't think there was a question I could have asked that he would not have been able to answer! He really knew his stuff! I would go out of my way to go back to him because he was probably the best AT&T salesperson I've ever had! I was very impressed!

The best staff and service in this store. They will work with you if you get a new phone you're not familiar with. Christine was a great help with my son's iPhone set up. She also helped in resetting my dad's phone so he could get his voice messages. Thank you sooooo much for everything!

Great store, great experience! When I got to the store I was greeted and serviced promptly. Celeste was the person who helped me and she made my day! I’ve had trouble in the past with other stores but she was so kind and attentive and answered all my questions! She even helped my pick out a case for my phone! Felt so good about everything I even got airpods to enjoy with my new iPhone. Can’t wait to come back do more business with her!

The assistant manager Jacob was unprofessional after waiting 45 min Alicia came to help me. She got the phone I wanted gave her all my information, I had a balance on my phone and we paid the balance to upgrade. And then he calls her to work on another problematic customer inshore leaving me alone and he came out. Leaving me to wait longer than I should have. Both were unprofessional will not be coming back to this location. Was refused service because I used profanity in the store. And would not sell me a phone.

Super knowledgeable super friendly nice

Service was excellent and very professional. I completed my transaction online. Received my email that my order was ready. Once I entered the store I was in there less than 15 minutes. Received my phone and was able to transfer my data from old phone to new phone with no problem. Store personnel was following all Covid guidelines and again was very nice and professional!

My experience was magical. June has an amazing personality and smile. Leo was great at answering questions even though I did not switch over to AT&T because T-Mobile had better prices upfront and monthly. All the boys know how to tip.

Had a problem with my iPhone that Nobody seemed to be able to resolve. Leo worked diligently and was determined to find a solution…which he did. They were very busy and He multitasked to take care of his customers while he was resolving mine. Thanks for the extra effort!
