Always stocked always clean. One of my favorite Big Lots in Dallas.

Wow guys!!! y'all should come out and see their new and improved inner look they now have. And of course new staff. especially Mr David the store manager whom is very professional courteous to everybody. My wife did not feel pressured in any way and because of that she is almost buying half of the stores furniture which is costing me a lot but she's worth it. So when y'all are ready to make any of these types of purchases come out to Big Lots and the City of good old Rowlett Texas and everybody in this store will take good care of you as they took care of me and my wife thank you #:")

Deshaun in the Furniture Department is great, intelligent, helpful and the best Representative to get information on products in his department. He also offered to call other stores to find what I am looking for and also assist another customer while I was thinking what I wanted to do on pirshasing.

Brian held it down as he was the best customer service rep I've dealt with in a while. We arrived here to get a sectional, almost gave up, and here comes Brian, with the funny jokes, the great conversation, and all of the great qualities a lead should have. Walked out with a smile and now a new member. I'm ready for these great deals Brian hooked me up with. 🤙🏾

The store has some good prices. They have furniture and mattress also at good prices. You can get them now and pay them out. There are some really good mattress. I found the one I want. They carry Sealy and several other brands.

I've always liked Big Lots because it was electic and a good source for surprisingly good finds. But now, since they have remodeled and improved the lighting, it's even better. You can still find great deals, and they have expanded their selection of merchandise. Great place to buy quality goods for a reasonable price.

Great deals. Took my two Daughter's. To get something for teachers . We found Candles for 50 cents each. With three wicks good sized one's.

I haven't been to Big Lots in ages. But today I was pleasantly surprised!! A pretty, well laid out store that was thoughtfully styled. Nice brands. Good job Big Lots!

I was actually driving to a Dollar General when I pulled into Big Lots. I needed a waste basket that would fit in my pantry. Big Lots had a 10 gal for only $6. Probably a better deal than Dollar General ? The cashier was very friendly and helpful. She signed me up in their Rewards program. Unbelievable service !!!!

I can never go here and not walk the entire store. Always get sucked into their variety of things I don't need, but suddenly want. Vey pleasant staff. One lady working the register was extremely awesome. She would get so excited about how much money she was raising for charity. Great lady! Very fun!

Much better than Walmart! Haven't been to Walmart since I found Big Lots, they even up the quality of their products. Staff is actually kind and helpful. Keep up the excellent work.

this store was larger than the one in Greenville. I grabbed 4 rolls of Halloween lights, purple and orange. we love our holiday decorations at work.. I am saving the Christmas decorations shopping for my next paycheck.... and there was definitely some great ideas and stuff there... start early for best selection!!
