There are so many options for dies these days but as a small business we won’t send our work anywhere else. Exceptional customer service and as a recovering machinist I’m blown away at their accuracy and craftsmanship!!!! You can’t go wrong with these folks. Solid dies made the old fashioned way!

I had a great experience having custom shaped dies made for leather feet I put on furniture. They were easy to work with and had a quick turnaround time. I highly recommend and will be ordering again myself.

I have hade several dies recently made by Texas Custom Dies, all of which turned out beautifully. Perfect tolerances for my work. See Photo. Also, the customer service has been first rate. In each case my questions have been handled quickly and professionally and the billing and shipping were smooth and fast . I have worked with Heather, Veronica and Stephanie.

The dies are heavy duty steel meant to last a lifetime plus. The prices are high ,but this is American made quality and worth every cent . Want super cheap junk Ali baba is the place to go.

I have made at least 5 custom orders from TCD, and have never once been let down! Customer service is excellent, and they do some seriously high-quality work for reasonable prices. Dies are accurately made and cleverly eject leather as well as releasing all holes punched. Definitely recommend!!!

What a great company!

Within a day of sending off my designs I had a quote. the customer service is second to none! They were incredibly informative and gave me everything I needed to know to get the right die for what I needed.

After my order was placed the dies arrived very quickly! They were very well packaged, and all of the dies edges had a protective coating to ensure no damage during shipping.

The tolerances on these dies are insane for being handmade, like seriously! 2 of my dies are for sheaths that consists of two mirroring panels so if there was any imperfection in the dies they would show up, like overlapping edges and such, But all of the patterns match-up absolutely perfectly! All I have to do is hit the edges with 1000 grit paper before burnishing. I'm cutting 7-8 oz veg tan leather on a 4 ton press and they work perfect.

The only bad thing I can think of is that I want to buy more dies now.

If you're looking to get dies this is the place to go you cannot beat the customer service or the prices!

The dies are masterfully cut, which I would expect from someone so highly recommended by the leather crafting community. However, beyond that, I'd also like to praise the customer service. Heather stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes to discuss a wide range of helpful topics, like how to format the image and the different properties of a 3/4 inch versus a 1 and 1/4 inch die height. She also helped me fine-tune the designs of the images before finalizing them to be cut. Absolutely stellar customer service. Will purchase again when we are ready for new dies.

We have ordered from them multiple times, they have helped us pick out the correct die and been very informative and helpful. They worked through several unique issues and got us exactly what we need. The result was much better than I expected.

I have bought a lot of dies from different places, and this place stands apart from the rest. I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, Great experience! This is my 2nd set of dies from this company. Communication has been prompt. Compared to other companies, the quote was reasonable. Processing time and shipping was quick. The dies where also packaged very securely. The quality of the die build is very good. The blades are sharp, and the cut is crisp and accurate. Would highly recommend this company. Our small biz has been having clicker dies made for thirty years. The company we lived disappeared many years ago and we've been searching for a good one ever since. After many disappointments, we found these folks - it turns out they bought out the company we used to use! What a small world....

Just got out first set of dies from TCS. They are outstanding quality and work perfectly. We use a fifty ton clicker (machine weighs eleven tons and is the size of a small car) and dies need to be strong and perfect to stand up. They are!

Customer service was awesome - they corrected mistakes I made in my templates and I got my very reasonably priced dies quickly

I can't say enough good things about Texas Custom Dies. They have been so accommodating in helping me figure out my first experience working with and ordering dies. They were patient with me as I figured things out and as I changed my mind a couple of times with what I wanted. I ordered about 100 dies from them and they got them done and shipped in half the time than they originally told me it would take. That made me feel like my order was top priority to them. And of course the dies themselves are accurate, sharp, and sturdy. 10 out of 5 stars for these guys and their customer service, quality, craftsmanship, and speed. Now my only problem is figuring out where to put all of my new dies 😆

I have bought 2 sets of leather clicker dies from them recently and I have to say the customer service is the best. They are quick to respond to emails,always answer the phone,they are very polite and helpful. The dies were exactly as I designed, sharp and precise. This place is awesome I rarely leave reviews but I saw the one star review some else left and was astonished at the audacity of some people I have been doing business with this company for 6 years now and they are fantastic! They are professional fast and my dies always come out perfect. I have probably 100 plus dies from them and I can’t say enough good things about them.
