Starbucks

I love Starbucks. I spoke with a employee from this location about an idea to add a small platform stage. This small platform stage could be used to host artist to perform live such as: a painter with a canvas, a jazz player with a saxophone, a model posed as a mannequin. The employee and I shared joy in this idea. I thank you again Starbucks for being the star you are.

This is the only Starbucks that consistently makes my drink right and is pleasant to go to! Leslie and the girls always remember my drink and are so welcoming and wonderful. My drink always tastes AMAZING! I make sure to steer everybody I can to this location. The staff here always makes my day!

So I stopped coming to this location because I’m a happy person and I love happy people! So one day I decided to stop in again and I met Lilly! What a game changer she is! I’ve return several times and been lucky she’s working! Lilly is so sweet, kind and helpful! She has helped me discover new drinks I like and has been a bonus pick me up! Go Lilly you rock!

They know my order when I go thru drive-thru. I'm very picky about my latte, and they get it right 99% of the time. If not, they make it right without fuss. They know how to double toast a bagel, unlike other Starbucks. Staff is always friendly. Only complaint, prices keep going up (no faultof the shop). Although I love my drink, it's just coffee, and I have to draw the line somewhere. Next price hike, I'll probably be giving it up 😔.

Diana is awesome! I don't drink Starbucks often and she walked me through the coffees there to help find the best selection for myself and was very sweet and professional.

This is the best part of my day! The staff are so wonderful to me! I love driving up and hearing how courteous and professional they are when my order is taken. Then when I get to the window, without fail, I’m greeted with a smile and a warm hello! AND THEY KNOW MY NAME!!! I just love this place!

Let me first say, I would consider myself a regular at this location and that’s simply because of the delicious coffee and staff. Leslie, Spencer and Ty are absolutely phenomenal.

Ms.Leslie is so personable and gives everyone such a warm welcome when they pull up through the drive through. I greatly appreciate it!

The only Starbuck that employees are happy and only place when asked for dry cappuccino they do it correctly.

Starbucks has a great selection.
Sometimes,the customer service isn't where you would think it would be.
I understand the sheer volume of customers,but drive thru attendants needn't be rude.

This starbucks has lucky to have this staff working at this location. The most polite and kind. I didn't get the name of any person, but would give them 5 stars individually. Quick drive through and super clean inside and attention to detail.

This Starbucks I love so much they always quick. And I know Starbucks is expensive but they're actually like not really for llike A Grand Day for like a frappe it's only $5 like you guys say it's really expensive like I know coffee is expensive and stuff so I guess this is expensive I grew up in more of a expensive area so I might be a little spoiled but yeah it's coffee and it's good I don't like the coffee with so much ice cuz they usually lose a lot of the flavor over the whole drink. But yeah I love it!

This place gets a bad rap lately because of long waits. My experience, despite some waiting, has still been positive. The staff is friendly and tries to be as helpful as they can during the morning rush. Mind you, the days folks reference in reviews with long waits for mobile orders are directly related to when the order ahead option at the starbucks just down the road goes offline. It's not very fair to tear down these folks when they're getting probably double their normal customer count.

Is this place perfect? Of course not. But, overall, it has good people putting their best efforts in. If anything ever hasn't been right, I let them know and they get it squared up. With all that said, I'll keep coming back!

Great place and happy customer service. I loved the vibes when walking in and very pleased with the whole experience. This location makes you feel right at home and knows how to make you feel like it is more than just a cup of coffee to them. Great team with a great attitude.

Absolutely the sweetest staff! They are always working so hard. This place is always slammed in the morning but I get my ice coffee here every day. They do a great job of attending to everyone despite how busy they are and getting all of their orders out. I’m so grateful for you guys!

Honestly the service is so sweet, especially that goth chick. Omg love her. She made the best pink drink I’ve ever had.

So I came here this morning only to discover that I had forgotten my purse but here came Sarah out to save the day and gave me my order complementary because she recognizes me as a loyal customer. Anyway she had such a bright positive happy go lucky attitude that it prompted me to come write this review shout out Sarah thank you!

Now I can get my day started!!!!

I was greeted as soon as I entered and told she'd be right with me (I appreciate stuff like this). She made small talk and laughed with me. Very nice. My drink (Pumpkin Spice Frapp with toffee nut, caramel drizzle, and salt toffee) was so delicious! Perfect service! I'll continue to come in when in the area.
