I always come in for a coke and a snack. Never crowded and the employees are kind.

Always a great friendly atmosphere

Incredibly friendly staff, wonderful prices and decent selection for such a small store. Upkept and always tidy. My only complaints are that there are always kind of shady people hanging outside the store, and not much variety in the ways of coffee condiments. I have yet to have a bad experience, however.

Friendly staff, smaller store though. The gas pumps are in a bad spot if you pull in to park in a larking spot, other than that it's a good store with nice employees

MOST OF THE CLERKS ARE NICE HOWEVER THIS CHAIN IS STILL OWNED BY SOMEONE WHO THINKS THE DISABLE IS A NUSANCE;

my son who is only 12 years old, went into the Toot N' Totum in Amarillo Texas, off Georgia and Line. he went with the intent of purchasing two fountain sodas with money he was able to save up. this money happened to be change. which last I knew was legal tender. however the young man working behind the counter refused to accept my son's change and grabbed the drinks away from him and telling him to "get out" of the store. my son's whole Interaction with the Toot N'Totum employee made him feel very humiliated. when my son's returned and tried to explain his encounter, he was so upset and humiliated he was in tears. I then tried speaking with the attendant, at which point he did admit to denying my son the sale and stated he did so because he didn't want to count the change. he said that he didn't have enough room and already had to much change already. he said in a condescending way as to appear polite and courteous but being facetious and arrogant in which I found to be extremely rude unwelcoming and a disservice to this establishment in which I had frequented many times. I then advised the young man that maybe I should speak with the manager at which he threw his arms up saying oh please do. come in Monday at 5am. that is when the manager arrives. then he stated to me that he would see me in the next life which felt very much like a threat of grievous bodily harm unto myself. I asked the young man did you just threaten my life? I felt as though his off color and very hurtful comment was unwarranted and now I will not be a patron of this Toot N'Totum establishment hence forth. that's a great way to get their customers return service and loyalty. this whole experience was tragic.
