I take this time to shout out Norrab at Express Factory Outlet in Hagerstown Premium Out. Why you ask does this dynamic customer service representative deserve a shout for doing his job beyond and above his pay rate.

Allow me to start by mentioning "he knows the company clothes, he knows the layout of where the clothes are located within the store, he listens to need of the customer and execute them making the customer feel welcoming while adding the joy back to the shopping experience!

Keep up the excellent work Norrab. I apologize for not adding the accent over the "a" in your name. Using my new Chromebook for the first time is fun and frustrating getting to know its functions. I
followed the instructions but it didn't work for me another time (moving on).

Again, thanks for all your help. The blouse looked fabulous under the suit and I got a second interview. You go young man you go!! Your service is a rarity that needs to be returned to the shopping experience. Had a blast, good luck with your future endeavors!

I have been to Express stores in Vegas, SoCal, Washington state, all over MD and VA and this location is by far the cleanest, most organized and friendliest spots! Holly greeted me immediately and both her and Elizabeth were a pleasure to chat with and assist me during my shopping experience. The deals were superb as well! Thank you ladies! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kathy was great to work with. She helped us get 7 suits together for our wedding party and was willing to call and travel to other stores so I didnt have to! I would highly suggest this store!

Everyone was very nice. Also could find something that fit me, im a curvy girl and most the time cant find anything to fit but at express I walked away happy
