The restaurant inside is amazing. It's our go-to spot for jjajangmyeon. Hands down best I've had in this city so far.

The side dishes are also delicious. What's awesome is that after you eat, you can buy some of those sides in the grocery store on the way out. The snack selection there is great too.

Overall, this place is a gem 😊🫰

I drove almost 20 miles to visit this grocery store. It was great as suggested by the reviews. Everything is neat and tidy, the price is more competitive than the other Korean grocery store. I wish it is closer to where I live, so I could shop there more often. Nevertheless I will come back again.

By the way, they sell authentic Korean snacks and desserts. The red bean rice cake as fantastics.

By the way I notice if I use credit card to pay for the grocery at this store, the spend category is classified as "Service Station" instead of "Grocery". If your credit offers extra points for grocery purchases, it won't earn any additional points.

Highly recommend this place. It's got plenty of foods and snacks as well as imported items if you're looking for anything. They sell quite a bit of products as well as groceries. You're sure to find something. They have the side dishes normally served with a meal too for sale. There's a section of them packed into containers. I get my kimchi from here. Other than the market, there is also a restaurant inside towards the back-left from the entrance. Tried it out, ordered the Bibimbap, and throughly enjoyed the food. If you're looking for anything Korean related or craving some Korean food, good chance this is the place to check out.

Korean Market is located on Fairdale off Rittman Road and near Fort Sam Houston. Historically, the Korean community in San Antonio grew when South Korean women married military personnel from Fort Sam Houston and came to America to begin families.

I spent about a month in South Korea a long time ago and began to respect and enjoy spicy and sweet flavors of Korean food. The purpose of my visit to Korean Market today was to buy jar of young cabbage and radish Kimchi for a good friend. (Kimchi originally was made with cabbage and spices put in clay jars and buried in the ground for a long time, before refrigeration was possible.) Kimchi can be made with many vegetables, not just cabbage. The quart sized jar at Korean Market is their smallest, but it is a dollar less than a much smaller jar in San Antonio's well-known supermarket. This Kimchi is made for Koean Market and contains no MSG. Korean Market carries close to 50 Kimchi products; I even noticed Ramin Noodles packages with Kimchi!

THE FOOD!!! IS SO GOOD 😭✨! Not only is it a grocer but there is also a small restaurant to left when you enter the store. They make in house kimchi and other items that you can buy in store. I absolutely love this place and everytime I travel to San Antonio, I can't leave until I've paid them a visit. It is without a doubt worth a try. The only thing I will say is I'm always too shy to ask questions but I still come anyway! The prices aren't bad either and there's really no reason not to give this place a try. IT. IS. WORTH. IT!!!!!

I love to come to this little stores.. Some of their snacks and noodles are the best.. This store is a little larger than most..

A decent sized store with various Asian products, snacks, food, and treats. They are well stocked and are more than welcome to get items that might be in their back stock room.
I like the fact that they make their own kimchi dishes(very fresh!) and other food items such as kimbop, steamed corn, and other tasty side items.
They also have a small restaurant in the corner for various Korean dishes with rice, noodles, meat, seafood, etc. My mother enjoys a few of their dishes since she says its close to what she ate when she was in South Korea.

All you need to stock up on your Asian pantry items.

Doing some research before moving out to San Antonio. Though smaller than their competitor, they carry a different line of products, such as electronic rice cookers, kitchen-specific refrigerator, and a line of water purifier and air filter service(?). They have all of the essential Korean spices and specialty food imported from Korea as well as locally made.

Wonderful variety of Korean produce. Abundance of Asian ingredients. Great assortment of on site made Korean side dishes.

Large store with lots of choices. Prices are decent also. Staff was very helpful when we had a question

My wife and I have been coming here for three or four years. And we absolutely love this place. It has a great candy selection,fresh produce and all kinds of things kitchen wise that were made in Korea. Also recently just opened up their diner that is inside the building. I have not tried it yet but I can't wait.

My wife prefers this market over alternatives in town for our Korean food needs. Plus any store that sells giant bags of mushrooms is 5 star in my book.

I loved the groceries but by far I mostly come to eat at their restaurant. The staff there is super friendly and the food is so delicious!!!!! This is now the main place for my Korean cravings!!!!!!

Amazing little gem! They have so many great items. Finally found the ramen out local grocer stopped carrying! Not only do they have a wide selection of food items there was tons of kitchen and home items. We picked up a little bit of everything. Will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend!

kimchi soup with macarel is so good,loved this place we been here a lot of times plus they have store and bought the bolbugi sauce for bbq

Have been coming here since I started cooking korean recipes. I find all my ingredients and then some. There is also a cafe inside much larger since they moved into their new location. The staff is vert friendly and always help me when I have questions. I always grab some kimbab when the cafe is open. They always taste delicious. Tonight they had stemmed buns available, wish I had bought more than one.
