Couldn't have had a better experience! The team is extremely friendly and helpful. Matt took the time to get me all the necessary components for my first chainsaw and showed me in depth how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot. You will not get this type of service and experience at a large chain store!

Went to pick out a new chainsaw. Used to go to Ben’s for Stihl products but after some pole saws that were not put together properly and getting them fixed was difficult to do, we decided to go to another dealer and surely it didn’t disappoint!

Matt was very knowledgeable about the saws and helping me choose which was best for the jobs lined up ahead. All staff were friendly and willing to help but not force or pressure you into a sale.

They took the time to make sure everything worked properly and ran great prior to leaving . I sure will be a returning customer

Finally purchased my first gas chainsaw after many years with an electric powered one. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The team that helped me was wonderful. They set me up with a size I was comfortable with and educated me in regards to maintenance and operating it. I just spent the afternoon cutting wood and LOVE my new chainsaw. We will be back in the future.

I have bought all my mowers ( Hustler 60 inch zero turn 2 ) from them. Outstanding with info on each of there zero turn . Then went back and bought a complete battery operated Stihl weed whip and edger and hedge cutter included the electric chain saw
Outstanding equipment sold at a great price.

Then the service department is outstanding .each year all my equipment is service by there fine technicians.

Lumberjack Shack is the place to go for your outdoor needs! I purchased a Vallee sawmill from these fine folks a few weeks ago, and EVERYTHING about the whole experience left me feeling impressed-- from the initial inquiry call to the final sale several weeks later. Dave and his entire crew are dedicated to providing the utmost in customer service and care, and were more than happy to answer the many questions I had. If they didn't have the answer, they told me that and got the answer and followed up immediately. So, if you're frustrated with poor customer service and feeling not valued with your shopping experience, this is THE place to go, they treated me like family, and we're amazing people to deal with, I only wish it weren't a six hour drive for me to get there!! Moved into the area 18 years ago. I almost immediately began dealing with Dave and crew. First a chain saw, then weed whip, winch for my ATV, a mower, service and parts, etc. A few weeks ago I purchased my second eXmark mower. Matt assisted us with selection of the right model. He pointed out the pros and cons of each choice. We went home to ponder and pray about the options. On our second visit Matt had answers to all our questions and pointed out the available veterans discount. The model we chose was not in stock. Matt got on the phone and said we could have it in two weeks. Next day he called to tell us his rep was getting one from a closer location and that we could take delivery in two days. Upon delivery, Matt and crew went through the ins and outs of care and operation. Yes, I’m a Lumberjack Shack customer for life. You should be too.

Bought an Exmark and three Stihl products here. They know their product. Each product they walked me through key points of operation. For example I see reviews from folks that the Stihl MS250 is hard to start. Upon delivery of mine they took me outside and showed me the ins and outs of starting it. I have had no issues starting the saw warm or cold following their directions.

We use Lumberjack Shack to help us purchase and maintain all of our small land maintenance machinery such as weed whips and chainsaws. Not only is Matt super attentive and able to help us with all of our new item purchases, but he and his service team are excellent at providing fast and efficient maintenance and repair services when needed. We would definitely recommend using them.

Good people and techs, willing togo the extra mile to make things right. Dave is a good service manager and paul is a great tech, if you do have a problem, talk to dave, he will make it right.

I bought a Chain Saw from the Lumberjack Shack. Going to the store I knew what I wanted. They had it in stock. They showed me how to use the easy start and easy adjust bar. I never bought a piece of power equipment had such care taking to make sure I was happy. Which I was. Fast forward 20 days and I realize I did not buy a big enough saw. I then bring my saw back after using it a few times, Dave was so willing to help me find the right saw I need by explain to the different options each saw had. I got a bigger saw with an extra smaller bar for the small jobs around the house. Next time I will go into the store for the research with the Knowledge they have. Dave and the Lumberjack Shack is the best. I was literaly about to check out at one of the bigger stores when I checked for something further north. The lumberjack shack came up in my search and I called and talked directly to Dave. He spent plenty of time on the phone with me going over all my questions. My wife and I prefer to support local business whenever possible and so glad that I made that call. He will be delivering my new lawnmower this Saturday and I couldn't be happier. With the service and location I believe they have earned a customer for life!

Over the years I have bought a Quad, and parts for saws. This spring I bought a weed wacker and 800 blower from Dave,Matt, and the staff at lumberjack shack. Very pleased with the help and service I receive when shopping there. GREAT JOB!! See you all in the future.

Have known these guys for years! Great service, honest store.

They sell great products and stand behind them. I will continue to use them for all of my local needs, especially when it comes to STIHL Products! They're been selling STIHL products longer than I have been alive (and MUCH longer than anyone else in the area! They know them well. Owner still cuts firewood too and he's out using his own STIHL products that he owns. You have to respect that.

I see a few negative reviews on here, but let me assure, those are NOT the norm! I've always known LJS to be some pretty straight shooters and will continue to do business with them!

I have been dealing with Lumberjack shack for quite a few years now and find them very quick and nonlabile about all my concerns. The Stihl and all other accessories I have purchased have been of high quality. They are good people to deal with.

Bought a battery operated Stihl chain saw and a hand held Stihl battery operated pruner. Sales person was knowledgeable and plesant. Very helpful showing me how to use both pieces of equipment and the safety features. Price was within what eveyone else was charging. I have also had maintenance on my lawn equipment here and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend the Lumberjack Shack.
