The UPS Store

I use this location a lot for Amazon returns and the level of service (it is excellent! Jessica is one of the best!) is never a disappointment. They are courteous, efficient, and always busy but I am never there long, usually 5 minutes or much less. I’ve always had a good experience at this store! Thanks so much!

I have been using this location for years and it has always been better than any other location that I have visited so far. This one is under new Management by Jessica which impressed me well enough to tell her how I had noticed and admired her ability to handle up to four different people at the same time and was fast and very efficient at getting things done and absolutely excellent demeanor. This is the place to go for fast and friendly service.

By far this is the best customer service I have received in 20 yrs! After going to the United States Post Office in Conroe & being told the lady that sells stamps “wasn’t in today” & no one else could sell me stamps, I called the UPS on West Davis. I was looking for a particular design on postage stamps & called to see what this store had. I spoke with Vishrut. He was so kind & patient to describe the stamps he had. Unfortunately, his stamps weren’t what I was looking. As I was about to call somewhere else, Vishrut called me back to say he had a few other choices & described them also! I was so impressed with his desire to help me, I bought the stamps even though they weren’t exactly what I was looking for. At the store, he was just as helpful, polite & respectful to me as he was on the phone. I appreciate the extra time he took to help me & will continue to use this store. Great job Vishrut!

This was the first time I have shipped with UPS and honestly I have no complaints, I went in as soon as it opened and the lady at the front desk walked me through everything.

Was there to get some paper notarized, making copies and to ship it out. I didn’t know how to use the copy the copy machine the owner helped me even when he was busy, didn’t feel like i was rushed or anything. Overall it was a 10star experience with this UPS store. Would definitely come back and will recommend friends and family to go there for the best treatment.

I don't get why so many negative feedbacks because I've NEVER had an issue here. Are Americans that so shallow and spoiled these days? I've been spending the last 4yrs in Africa on an ongoing basis. Come over and visit and spend a month with me and you'll gain a whole new world view, and maybe, just maybe you'll walk away a little more thankful for how good you have it here in these United States.

The best‼ Friendly, professional, always willing to help‼ The only UPS store I found in Conroe or Willis. That is nice every time you go to them they don’t act like they don’t have time for you like the other locations in the area‼there not offended that you bring your Amazon packages to them‼‼Thankssss for always being the best‼

I had an urgent package that needed to go out from my office. I called this location and she hooked me up! She went above and beyond to make sure my package got taken care of today! They are always so fast! I go there all the time, they are the nicest people out of all the other locations that I've been too. I've shipped numerous packages with them and they always take care of my things. They also do at&t returns which was nice when we first moved to this area. Definitely recommend this store!

I've been going there for the last 2 months to make quick prints. The service Suzanne has provided has been over the top! I am glad I found this place for my printing needs. You don't need to go anywhere else, as long as they have the paper for it. :) I would give it 10 stars if I could.

The staff member, I believe she was the owner, saved me. I needed a package overnighted but thought I waited too late. My package was not packed properly either. The person at the counter processed the shipping and then re-packed my package and it waa ready to ship very quickly. Thank you! Thank you! Great store and friendly staff!

I went to this location today and the gal that opened the store was very helpful and actually seemed to care about her quality of work! I was very impressed with her and usually don’t do reviews but she was worth it!

I can't believe this place only has 2.9 stars. I use this store a lot. They are fast, friendly and efficient. The clerks are knowledgeable and always willing to offer advice and provide technical support.

I went to ship a package for my first time and the cashier Emily was so nice and patience with me.
