I just had the most mind-blowing experience at McDonald's! It was like stepping into a culinary paradise where every bite was a symphony of flavors. The service was so exceptional, it felt like I was dining in a five-star restaurant. The food? Oh, it was nothing short of divine! Each fry was a golden, crispy delight, and the burgers were like gourmet masterpieces crafted by culinary geniuses. I can't wait to go back and experience this

I do not eat McDonald’s food but I did order a Carmel frapp with Oreo . The employees were very friendly about making it just when you think customer service has died . The female working the first window and the male with piercings working the second amazing customer service thank you!

The manager was super nice and fixed my issue. He answered my questions and explained things politely and professionally. While he was fixing my issue regarding a refund from a few days ago, he was making sure the fries were hot and that the orders were right. My food came out fast and hot.

The service at this McDonald's is what I expect from a fast food establishment. I consider good service: ordering my food, getting it in a timely manner and having it be the correct order. Every time I have been here I have not had a bad experience. Special thanks to the manager Elizabeth who recently helped me out with my order.

At this McDonald's the food is great and the service is phenomenal. I highly recommend the oatmeal because it is super yummy.

Staff is always on point. They’ve never messed up my order. I come here once a week and order $20+ of food. For the last year. Pleasant. Attentive. Consistent.

Any patron calling out this location is an outlier and I’m positive the staff and management would be willing to correct any error.

Best McDonald’s in north Texas!

The manager working the night shift is incredible! We had the best McDonald’s I have ever had in my life. That man is a saint who deserves half the profit of the store. If I ever come to the store and don’t see him, I’ll boycott.

I came here after work in order to pick something up real fast when, to my suprise, the spicy chicken sandwitch that I ordered had 2 chicken on it. This absolutely delighted me to no end, this was by far the best thing to happen to me this week, he'll, this month. This chicken sandwitch stopped me from ending my own life, the joy I experienced from consuming this double patty wonder really changed my perspective, good things CAN happen to me and this mcdonalds helped me come to accept that.

This is a good location. The manager runs a tight ship there so it’s always clean and the food is always hot and fresh. Will keep coming here!

The man who handled my order tonight was so nice! My filet-o- fish was taking longer than expected to complete, but I didn't mind at all. When my order was ready, the man thanked me for being understanding and was genuine and kind!! Thank you :)

The gentlemen that took my order tonight gave me the best customer service than any other fast food chain I have ever been to. I’m willing to bet he is unappreciated for his work. He actually listened to a small request that I made that I wouldn’t have been upset if he didn’t. I asked for light salt on my fries if they were making them fresh. When he handed me my bag he told me, “light salt can be subjective, so I didn’t put any on and gave you a salt packet so you can use what you like”

Give him a raise.

I didn’t get the employees name but they guy at the window was awesome. He gave my dog a pup cup (no one’s ever offered one before) and he was over the moon. 10/10 service here.

The drive thru line was super long but it moved very swiftly and efficiently! I even ordered a second order on the app while waiting and both were ready by the time I arrived at the window!

The cashier was amazing. He was missing part of an arm - looked like a birth defect. It did not slow him down one bit. He was nicer than most people at all of the other McDonald's we've ever been to. We really appreciated him.

This is still the best Mac Donald’s around. The people just seem willing to go the extra mile for you here, even without asking. and they do it with a smile. It’s the little things like giving you a coffee stirring stick when they hand you creamer for your coffee you know?

The fries are always the best bar none. The wait time was under five minutes and the food was hot. Gotta love some Mickey D's (McDonald's)

This is the only McDonald's in Celina and it's all Celina needs. The service is excellent, the server will bring your order to your table. You will see Grand parents and their grand children enjoing the weekday lunch together. You also see a bunch of workers building the new homes in Celina... This is truly a family restaurant in Celina...

This is the best McDonald's I've had in years. We don't eat fast food, but stopped here on a humbug and loved it. Good service and very fresh fries and patties.
