Great place with great products, unfortunately the manager is very rude and unhelpful. He gets a attitude if you ask him anything about products.

The staff is extremely helpful with anything you need.

The friendliness and customer service level at this store is outstanding. I've been to other nearby stores and they do not compare to the experience I have at the Auburn store!

Orscheln's always has exactly what we need to care for every one of our pets. They go out of their way to give you the best service possible. My only complaint would be that their manager needs to provide the same courtesy to customers as the rest of the staff does. Despite this complaint I will continue to shop, and do business with Orscheln's.
