I see lots of 1/5 star reviews. However, my mid-day visit was the complete opposite. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate (lots of big signs).

The line for the pharmacy was three people deep and moved efficiently. The pharmacy staffer was friendly and polite and promptly got my order.

The store itself is like any classic pharmacy, it has a little bit of everything (food and candy, cosmetics, local high school apparel, health items, OTC medicine, toys, etc.).

The person working there that took my passport photo and checked me out was over-the-top kind. He made my experience so much more than a typical CVS visit. The way people are treated makes them want to come back and shop. The store is clean and well outsized with all the quick daily things available.

The workers always say HI and ask let me know I can call on them if I have questions. Therr is a drive thru for prescriptions. Inside, you can use a blood pressure machine.

We use the Minute Clinic at this location mostly. Usually can get right in. Very convenient if a prescription is prescribed.

Pharmacists were very helpful in getting my medication, glad I switched from Walgreens!

Great new management, the store is finally well stocked, excellent customer service and very humble manager.

The only pharmacy in the entire metro area I can go to without losing my mind out of frustration and anger

This store has 3 parts: Store, Pharmacy and Minute clinic. And I would rate all three differently. The Store has a large variety of makeup and personal care products. They have interesting "as seen on TV" type products that are unique. However, they are consistently under staffed- even before the pandemic. One example from the summer, I came in to exchange a propane tank. The employee was unable to leave the store to come outside to unlock the fence around the propane tanks, because there was only one employee in the store and therefore that employee could not leave the store. They have added a self pay station, but it's confusing if you're trying to use a coupon. The minute clinic, I give 5 stars. I wish I could use them for all my medical needs.The pharmacy, I've had good and bad experiences with, but defiantly more good than bad. And on several occasions pharmacy workers has gone over and above what was expected to help me.

PHARMACY FOLLOW UP: Poor guy, the pharmacist must be new. I feel for him in that regard. And it wasn't his fault directly for losing the script hard copy. There's a lot of new staff. I understand mistakes happen, I.e. Saying a script will be ready, and when I got there it wasn't even worked on yet. And losing the script! After 20 plus years of using CVS, unfortunately we are changing pharmacy's. Hmmmm. I wonder where my FIRST REVIEW went??? That's why the latest review said FOLLOW UP.

The staff was nice and tried to help, but the app didn’t work and it wouldn’t properly load the coupons. Plus the staff could not or would not override the software error in order to honor the coupons. So I ended up not buying what I wanted and I wasted a lot of time.

Having to use yourself check out is annoying and complicated I wanted to skip begging on my drink so it makes customer service come over and scan their card. As I already hit finish and pay inserted my card my drink accidentally got scanned again and then it tried charging me so I had to withdraw my card immediately and had to wait for customer service again. The coupon / the price reflection after you enter your phone number appears after you hit finish instead of showing up to make sure you got the discount which makes me call over someone for customer service again. Honestly when I see a CVS now I'm just not going to bother and I will be searching for a Walgreens why do I want to deal with the headaches I realize some of them are my error but there could be better things with the machine and the way things are logged I get it also that you're saving money but not hiring people but you won't have to hear as many people when not as many people want to show up

I went to minute clinic with an ear ache, I was told the cost would be between 120 and 180, I declined their service, healed it on my own, but I was like man this is ridiculous to cost almost 200 to look in my ear, so much for affordable healthcare at any level, and she was kinda rude
