Caribou Coffee

It was very quick and convenient. All the drinks I got were well enjoyed by me and my friends. Would recommend.

My add on's/extras are always in my drink. Better customer service than Starbucks!

Fast friendly service, making the best of a tough year with covid. Had ample safety measures in place. Great hot coffee like you expect from Caribou. I did get a bagel smear for the first time in years, was delicious and fresh. Less cream cheese than I remember but was excellent .

Great customer service. I recently purchased a pound of coffee and brought in it to try a different roast. The manager gave me input and offered a few samples. He was very generous with his time and this was at 7:15 AM (busy time). He also exchanged my coffee choice. Above & Beyond. Thank you.

The food was great, I like how they change it up a bit.

I was so pleasantly surprised getting my coffee today...the drive-thru cashier had gloves & a mask on ....and another worker (who doesn't touch the money) placed my coffee in a tray, so that the cashier could just hold the tray & not touch my coffee! I was able to easily & safely grab my own coffee without touching anyone/thing. Yesterday @Starbuck's the cashier did not have gloves on & he touched my coffee and me in the process of our exchange. That was off-putting. So, THANK YOU CARIBOU for doing ALL YOU CAN to prevent the spread!

Love this location I dtop here while I deliver my newspapers for a halftime pick me up. I can use the restroom get coffee and a quick breakfast snack. Wonderful customer service every time. I don't believe the wait is bad it does have it's super busy times.

Went here a couple of weeks ago with some friends and went through the drive thru, we ordered 10 drinks and the lady taking our order was extremely patient and she had all our drinks made by the time we got to the window. Will definitely come back.

This location is my new go-to!! I read a lot of review about slow service, but I think it’s gotten so much faster over the last few months. I specifically want to highlight Rachel and Kat for their excellent service!

They are always very polite and never got my drink wrong. One day I barley noticed they were running behind in the drive thru and the worker gave me a free drink and apologized for the wait.

Great, quite, spacious place to get a coffee and do homework. Will often find other Century College students working away on laptops while downing as much coffee as possible before heading back to class.

Always a win. Caribou strawberry banana smoothie with a honey wheat bagel veggie cream cheese is my go to. My boyfriend’s go to is a caramel cooler with a farmhouse two eggs. Also a choice order.

Fast service. Friendly employees. Order was messed up and they fixed it with a smile! Will definitely stop when we are in the area next time!

Strong coffee and a warm atmosphere .

Spacious, well appointed cafe feel. Standard Caribou menu, fast service. Upscale feel and space for more than the average number of people.

It took a while to get my coffee. However, the staff acknowledged that and apologized for the wait!
