Amazing charts and fabrics. Customer service is top notch, fast response from them when I needed help, a quick and satisfactory resolution. I can't recommend them enough, I have been purchasing charts and fabrics from them regularly for years and will continue.

One of my favorite places to purchase full coverage cross stitch designs. A huge variety of charts and artists to pick from. The charts are very easy to read, on both paper and digital formats. The website has mock ups of what the finished piece will look like so you can see the differences in the versions offered before you buy one. Finished pieces look incredible with the fine details being noticeable. Michele and staff are always very friendly and helpful. Awesome customer service!

I love the cross-stitch designs on their website. There are a lot of designs to choose from and you can do a wish list which is helpful to keep track of ones you want to buy. I've completed two big designs and have a stack of cross-stitch patterns I still need to complete. I have two designs kitted and ready to go, I just need to finish another cross-stitch first. I've attached one of my completed cross-stitches I need to frame.

HEAD has the most comprehensive range of cross stitch designs I have ever seen. The ability to choose the size of the design, the number of thread’s offers so much flexibility. Added bonus is the designs are available in a PDF format, extremely useful for uploading into stitching apps, which I’ve never had a problem doing. Allows overseas buyers to access patterns immediately as delivery is almost instantaneous.
Michele offers a complete service; designs in electronic or 2 font size paper formats either printed or print at home, fabric, thread’s along with a range of accessories. Everything in 1 place, everything you need.
I wish I had discovered HEAD earlier and I hope to pay them a visit, one day.
