One of the best AT&T stores and customer service in the north east. Layth is an expert and makes sure to keep his clients up to date with new technology in the market. I'm extremely satisfied with everything!His timing is great get you in and out. His customer service is excellent got me the iPhone 15 pro max within minutes.His detailed explanation explaining exactly what I'm billed monthly. He makes AT&T a great company. I've been with AT&T for over 10 years and Layth is a big reason for that. Thank you for your incredible service

Just picked up two brand new 15 pros from Layth man he’s great! Got us all hooked up with screen protectors and power cords and cases. This is the AT&T spot to go to if you’re in need of an upgrade.

Any time I have a question, need to purchase products, or need a upgrade on my phones -for my family account. I go to the ATT store in Hackensack-Riverfront Plaza. Layth Asaba the manager is amazing! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and so quick. He is always multi tasking when working! I now rather go in person to the store than speak to someone over the phone or online which usually takes forever. He saved me almost $80 a month on my account which was fantastic and much appreciated especially during these times! When I walk in the store, I am always grateful when I see him. I trust him and know he will always help me. ATT is very lucky to have him as a employee! I hope they treat him well!

I am IMPRESSED! I've never walked into a mobile store and felt like I mattered, until I walked into this one! Layth and Reema are awesome, they have excellent customer service and helped me through every step in replacing my phone. I came back to get my daughter's phone upgraded and the process was smoother than EVER. I highly recommend THIS AT&T store over ANY others I've walked into and had communications with.

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for years and eventually I got tired of paying almost $200 for one line so with in my mind and wanting to upgrade my iPhone 12 Pro Max to the iPhone 14 pro max I decided to head to this store and see what I can get. Heading there I got caught in traffic which made me nervous because the store closes at 8 and my eta was set for 7:30pm so I worried I would be rushed or not helped based on my previous experience with other T-Mobile stores. I was wrong! I was greeted by Layth whom I was referred to by my sister and she was not wrong about her recommendation. He greeted me as if I was the first customer of the day with a warm welcome and a huge smile. I told him my issues with T-Mobile and what I wanted and he got right on it. Within half an hour I had a new plan for both my brand new iPhone 14 pro max and my iwatch while saving me over $70 a month on my bill while receiving the same unlimited data plan. They have discounts for first responders and military personal which I admired being the daughter of an Air Force Pilot. Needless to say the customer service received from Layth was impeccable and the soonest service was out of this world that it made me wonder why I didn’t come here sooner. So thank you Layth and AT&T for this experience you have a new customer for life. He really knows his stuff and literally answered every question I had without making me wait. What’s better than that? Nothing !

Brand new clean store. Layth Asaba the Sales Manager was extremely, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was exceptional with my sales transaction. I was in and out so quickly. I have been to many AT&T stores, this was the best one because of the service.

Best service hands down. Been to plenty of other att stores and this by far has been my best experience. They have an amazing deal for first responders. I still can't believe I walked out with this deal. It was definitely a steal! Thank you so much guys! You definitely have a customer for life!

Where to begin? First off the guy that helped us out (Layth) was nothing short of professional and patient even with a picky husband lol. We didn’t think we’d end up leaving the store with much difference but to our surprise we both got upgrades and for such a great deal that literally no other phone store could’ve given us (we’ve shopped around) I can’t recommend anything other than coming out to this location and having layth help you out. If you’re doubting if it’s worth it, I’m here to tell you IT IS!!! 1000 stars if we could, go check them out!!

I went into the AT&T todays and had an excellent experience. Layth was the gentleman helping me and he went above and beyond. This gentleman was superb. He was doing theee things at once and paying attention to all detail while doing it.I was amazed.
