The Weds before Thanksgiving I was driving from New Martinsville to Woodsfield after work in the pouring down rain. My windshield wipers were not working. I stopped at O’Reilly Auto Parts in New Martinsville. A worker by the name of Tyler Ash was eager to assist with my issue. It was not a simple change the wiper blades project. Tyler went above and beyond in the pouring down rain to make sure my issue was fixed. It was a lengthy issue and he never once complained or made me feel like I was a problem. He was courteous and quick to point out and fix my issue. He was the kind of employee every company should want. Kudos Tyler for being a great employee that night in the dark with pouring rain hitting us, but even more for being a GREAT HUMAN!!! Thank you!!!
