My spouse wanted designer boots, and when I googled, this store came up. This is such a nice store. They have an authentic Western selection that we absolutely were happy with. Roy Cuevas greeted us and was so welcoming, giving us all the information we needed. He assisted my spouse with his boots, shaped the hat he wanted, and for my son. Nataly was so sweet also. She assisted me with my boots since my feet are small boots fit a certain way and different for all makes, so she definitely did her best to get me what I needed. We also got to meet Casper, which works with Roy on the IT side. We were there for a while talking and eventually left with many bags later and excited because they have an online store since we don't live in Houston, Texas. They customize boots, too,so we were super excited to hear that.

Roy is amazing and very helpful! We went to purchase our first pair of boots, and the entire staff was very helpful!I would definitely recommend coming here for all your leather care needs. We found out they provide lots of maintenance and care services.

The staff is super helpful but not pushy. I bought a straw cowboy hat and a felt cowboy hat. They shaped both hats to my specifications, which took a lot of time. They were patient and worked to get my hats just the way I wanted them. Great customer service.
