Walgreens

This pharmacy has come through consistently. We switched from HEB Heights because they were often out of stock and took 12+ hours to fill prescriptions. Happy with the communication and efficiency here for the past 4 months.

Excellent customer service Gabby! After booking an appointment online for my daughter a booster shot once I got to the Walgreens on Lockwood they advised me they were not going to do the shot because they did not have any more vaccinations....on top of driving all the way there the lady had a bad attitude! Call this store on Fulton Gabby assured me they did have vaccinations and that I can drive and get my daughter's booster shot done today! I did. Thanks Gabby!! Very nice excellent customer service and knowledgeable

Today 7/18 I called about a prescription around 6pm. I called two other Walgreens before this one, both gave me really bad attitudes for no reason at all. I simply called to get a prescription for my son and I was desperate. However, THIS Walgreens picked up the phone immediately and the lady on the phone, I didn't get her name. But I thank her and want her to know she made a difference in our lives today by simply doing her job and being nice. It doesn't cost anyone anything to just simply be nice. She helped me and said it would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. It took me quite a drive but I didn't mind and the guy at the window was nice as well. Thank you guys, I know how much the
pharmacy is understaffed and overworked but thank you for still trying, today it didn't go unnoticed.

The store it’s always clean only thing I don’t like about it is that homeless have and can used the same restroom. But people are usually really nice

Went in for a personal item and had a really nice cashier ring me up in photo so I didn't have to stand in line behind 80 people. Saved me from missing an appointment.

I see negative comments about this location.But every time I visit.Is always a good trip.I go in getting items needed come out in reasonable time.Im glad to not see the homeless linger around the store.Because I know that was a issues.The staff there is helpful and kind.One of there workers reminded me to clip my coupons onto my walgreens app.

The store always looks so clean. The staff are really nice especially the woman named Elizabeth or Liz. She is so helpful!
