Moore Lumber Ace Hardware & Paint

I needed to work on my chicken coop, which included installing a shelf, a roost bar, mounting a heat panel, and insulating the building. I went into this Ace with a vague idea of what I needed and a very rough sketch.

I was immediately greeted at the door by the employees and asked if I needed help. I explained my project to them and Dave K jumped on board to help me. He took the time to walk me through the store to make sure I had everything I needed for this project. He made very educated recommendations as to what I might need without being overbearing. I really appreciated his assistance with this project. Because of Dave’s help it turned out way better than I could have done on my own. My chickens are grateful.

I have been in this Ace several times since moving into the neighborhood and I have had a great experience every time. The employees are consistently knowledgeable friendly and helpful.

I like this Ace store a lot more since the renovation. While they cannot compete with larger stores in terms of sheer variety, they definitely have a great selection of key essentials. The staff at this particular branch is also very helpful and friendly. My only wish would be that they stayed open until 7pm.

I really like this store, and I prefer shopping locally over going to the Big Box. In particular, I recently had an issue with a large expensive item, and they bent over backwards to rectify the situation. After reading other comments, I disregard most of the negative critiques. Lots of whining over trivial matters. Yes, their parking lot is a bit tight, and maybe their prices are a tad higher on some things, but they are always my first stop, and they usually have what I need. SHOP LOCALLY!

This place is a pretty classic hardware store that most likely has what you need most of the time and can save you a trip down the hill.

They just remodeled, for some reason; the old store had a pretty nice layout. The new layout is fine, I guess, but the workers seem to be having as much trouble as I am remembering where everything is now, which is hilarious. But time marches on and change happens - which is nice, in a way, to see them invest into the store.

The best part is how helpful everyone is, insisting on solving your problem one way or another. It has a real small town feel, which is what I like. Half my house came from this store in one way or another. Cheers.

Save a trip down the hill - the Moore locations are great. Rachel went out of her way to help us with options and advice on a bunch of different projects. She knows the store/where everything is like the back of her hand. Best shopping experience ever!

The employees here at Aspen Park Ace Hardware were so kind and friendly! They answered all my questions and made sure my kids all got stickers when we left. I highly recommend them for their personal attention and hospitality at their store!

I absolutely love this Ace Hardware! I’ve been going here for years, and honestly it just keeps getting better. The employees are fantastic, and they have an amazing amount of stock for a somewhat smaller store. I’m very lucky to have this place as my nearby hardware store.

When I visited this store and purchased LP, I was unaware of the current propane climate and that there has been a freeze. That fully explains the rise in price and also why I ended up coming to this store, as my store was out of propane. So that being said, the price was fair and the customer service was good.
The service here is good, however the propane prices us exorbitant. I usually get all three of my tanks filled at the big R which is 10 miles closer to home. It usually costs about 25 dollars to do. Here it cost 43 bucks, and I'm pretty sure one of the tanks was way over filled as it was spraying liquid propane everywhere as the attendant was removing the hose.

Great local hardware store. I'm new in the area and the folks here have been friendly and helpful. This location is under new management. The employees under the previous owners were very good, and there has not been degradation in customer service in any way.

Great bulk feed bins right outside, including several birdseed mixes. Nice assortment of tools & items for home repair. They don't have the space to carry everything a big box store has, but you'll get much better service here - and you don't have to drive 30 minutes into town.

I don't usually give out 5 stars. This place is amazing!! The knowledgeable (and friendly) people really make this place great. Easy in, easy out, and the lumber is actually straight (which is more than I can say for either of the big box places). I will be driving an extra 10 minutes to get my hardware from now on (I figure I'll save that time in just the walk to and from the car at HD).

Lost a trailer pin on the way to Evergreen and found a replacement right away. They always have the hard to find little pieces that you need.

The employees are outstanding and go out of their way to be helpful. Great selection for a all town hardware store.

Amazing customer service!

Great store with lots of excellent employees who are always ready to give help. They have talked me through a long list of home improvement projects and I always go here first whenever I need something for house maintenance. They pack a whole lot of useful things into that store and I usually find what I am looking for.

I LOVE this store! The employees are so friendly and helpful. I went in with a list of small hardware items, and they had me hooked up in no time. Left to my own devices, it would have taken me at LEAST an hour to find all the parts. Thanks!!!

Denny was extremely helpful! He really went the extra mile to help me out with such a small, but annoying issue I was having. He helped me find exactly what I needed. Beautiful store location!
