My husband and I look forward to each and every wine tasting event. Paul and his crew go all out to find the best wines with Paul telling us fascinating stories about each. The chef prepares the finest foods to be paired with the wines and personally visits each guest to describe the ingredients in each course. And, lastly, those serving us do so with elegance and poise , making us feel important! We host many of our friends and family to these events because we want to share this experience with them. Lastly, we are very grateful for the new friends we have made at Ebony and Vine, including the entire staff and the lovely people who attend your Wine Tasting Events.

Nice spot. Good food. Nice atmosphere. Great service. Had the reuben, salad and blackberry basil lemonade. I'd reccommend.

What a gem my daughter and I found dining at Ivory and Vine in Conifer. Would highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back. The charcuterie board was so unique and best I've ever had. The owner Laurie and Chef Randy were super. Chef Randy even came out to chat with us.

First time going to this place and it was awesome. Chef Randy prepared the mini charcuterie board that was probably the best my mother and I have ever eaten - beautifully presented too. The food was delicious (ordered cheese ravioli, swedish meatballs and green beans). Laurie and Chef Randy were both so personable and fun to visit with. We will be back for sure. Excellent all around!

Ordered take-out for my husband’s birthday dinner as our family was feeling under-the-weather. It was a big order, including finicky things such as lobster tail, shrimp, steak, brie etc. It was packed fantastically. Extra foil. Everything stayed fresh and warm the 15 minute drive home. Even my 4 and 6 yr old dove in without any complaints. The birthday boy was floored and felt like a king eating his steak and lobster tail. Thank you for the fantastic food, wonderful service, and helping us celebrate a birthday despite a post-Christmas cold. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy a dinner in-person.

Ebony and Vine is a gem in Conifer - one of a kind. We love dining at this restaurant, and dine there often - Laurie and Cliff are welcoming hosts/owners of the venue, and Chef Randy serves up delightful food for your dining experience. We especially like the monthly Wine Tasting events hosted by Paul Colangelo - the food is always scrumptious, and Paul always has a superb selection of wines (4-5 bottles) to pair with the courses. Go there for lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch, and delight your discerning palate!

Delicious! We can't wait to return. Lori created Wonderful vegan dishes that were prepared thoughtfully and skillfully....great atmosphere and waitstaff. Serena was fabulous! Live music for just the right ambience.

I stopped at Ebony & Vine for a late lunch while waiting for my next appointment. Pleasantly surprised. It was my 1st time here & Gabby was very friendly, professional with a beautiful smile. The food was delicious. Very enjoyable. 😊

I'm a huge fan of the owners and I go once a week and I have never had a bad experience. They have the best happy hour wings are the best and I love their pasta and ribeye steaks 😋 trivia night is pretty fun group along with karaoke.

Just enjoyed a lovely dinner. Husband swooned over prime rib. Vegetable salad with blackened salmon cooked just- so and caramel cheesecake. So inspired I just about sang some Karaoke, just about…

I am giving this restaurant five stars because in the past they had had some staffing issues that have caused some slow service which was unsatisfactory but now I see the owner who was working on this night has taken great lengths to get waiters and bartenders who are attentive and interested in the service industry. Our food came out perfect and our waitress was extremely helpful in my dietary restrictions as well as getting our drinks out on time. I like that the owner checked in on us a couple of times. There was live music and even a karaoke night at the end that we joined in on.

All of the staff there was extremely pleasant and friendly and helpful to us during our visit. They exceeded our expectations on a restaurant night out in the mountains. This restaurant would come in as middle range pricing -you do not have to dress fancy to go here, but it is not too casual a dining experience either.

We went on a Friday night and we made a reservation which I think should probably be recommended on the weekends so as the dining area is not huge. We both had steak and seafood and everything tasted excellent.

We attended their monthly wine tasting and food pairing. It was so much fun! Will definitely be attending on a more frequent basis. The entire staff is amazing!

My husband and I stumbled upon Ebony and Vine a few weeks ago. We were very impressed by the service and the food! We found out from our waitress and owner that they were having a wine tasting. We attended their wine tasting last night. We were delighted by the wine , food and the knowledge that the owner imparted to us on the wine from Southern Italy! We highly recommend this lovely restaurant and their wine tasting!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came here on a whim with my family and couldn’t have been more impressed by the service, food and atmosphere. The staff and owner made us feel so special and well taken care of. The live music sent the entire vibe over the top. Anyone looking for a luxury night out at an affordable price look no further!

Tammy, the catering director, was absolutely amazing last night. She legitimately took care of us when the kitchen was moving slower than normal and made us feel like we were at home. I absolutely will be coming back, the steak was delicious and the blackberry mule was outstanding!

Sunday brunch...

Great live jazz music that my kids loved.

Menu was well thought out and very reasonably priced. Staff tended to stay out of sight, but did check on us at expected intervals. Glasses did empty a few times but they were all very friendly and great with my kids.

We made reservations but it was mostly empty, so not necessarily an issue if we didn't call in the future.

One of the best Bloody Mary's I've had outside of the midwest. Very balanced and not heavy on any one flavor. Not a Wisconsin snack stick, but some good snack bites.

The steak on my skillet was amazing! Better than most steak restaurants around the USA. Seasoned and cooked exactly right. Also, the best hollandaise sauce I've had. The next best to compare it to was in Hong Kong. Seriously...it was perfect.

My wife had a reuben and the favor was spot on. A little light on the size, but very good.

Tried my kids eggs and pancakes. Eggs have no seasoning so be prepared to ask for extras. Pancakes were big and good but nothing exceptional.

Food was excellent! Serving size was generous, and the food was cooked perfectly. Our server, Lorna, was so nice! The music really made the experience over the top creating a romantic and fun ambiance.

We went for the wine tasting. Had a great time. Our host was very knowledgeable about the wines and the region. We learned alot that night and hope we can do it again.

We found this gem coming down 285 to Denver and it will now be our go to spot! Paul our bartender was so personable and just everything you’d want from a bartender! The sweet lady cooking everything came out and checked and we happily told her everything we ordered was amazing! Don’t know what the reviewer Whitney was talking about, this place was everything you’d want from a mountain restaurant, so do yourself a favor and give ‘em a try!

My husband and I sit at the bar every Sunday for brunch. Paul serves us and always does a great job! He even knows my order. Paul also does wine tastings and is in the process of getting all levels of his sommelier. He can always make a great recommendation on wine. There are a few other locals that also come in, which makes it fun. The rest of the staff are great, too!
