I don’t know what’s up with the bad reviews but I always have an amazing experience here, the employees are always doing their best. Angel and her night staff are always very helpful!!

They might be short staffed like any retail pharmacy, but they work hard to make sure you get the right product at the right price in a timely manner.

Tamara in beauty and cosmetics is amazing!!! Give this woman a raise! She took the time to explain a promotion that most sales associates wouldn't. Going through a quick few steps she helped me save so much at checkout, I was amazed! She was professional, kind, a great personality and her energy was contagious. I will always come see her, more people should have Tamara's attitude. Thank you!

I do not understand the negative reviews. The staff is super nice! It is a totally normal Walgreens.

Update: I’ve left a negative review here in the past, but the experiences I’ve had recently merit and update to my previous review. Lately, this pharmacy has been really great. Fast, accurate, and easy. I didn't get her name, but the blonde pharmacist who is usually there in the evenings is one of the kindest, most pleasant people I’ve ever met. She really is wonderful! Just incredibly kind and happy. She makes what used to be a chore I’d never look forward to an enjoyable experience and I find I always leave with a smile. Cheers to her and the rest of the team!

I’ve used this pharmacy for 10+ years. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. My wait times have never been more than an hour for a prescription and I’m always greeted with a smile.

Pleasant and professional woman in pharmacy 5/31 after 8p.m . Answered my questions clearly, thoroughly, and made sure I had the information I needed. How fortunate she is on staff. I will continue to consider this pharmacy :).

Got my passport photo done here, super friendly staff and only took 5 minutes. Was at the post office yesterday to get it done and was told it would take upwards of 3 hours there, with only 15 people ahead of me. Doing a way better job than the federal government, keep it up.

Awesome in every aspect! Shoutouts to Ketra and R.Ph Michael(even on the phone beforehand)! I had an exhausting day travelling all over Denver and the Flatirons to see my doctors but was thankful to finish it off so positively, with these two at this pharmacy tonight. I called beforehand to compare the prices on my scripts to other pharmacies close by and Michael gave me the rundown clearly, concisely and with bonus info on the subject too. I could tell that he knew what he was talking about, cared about his job and the people he helps because too many healthcare professionals these days don't inform you more than they have to. When I went to drop off/pick up my scripts (only took about 20 mins altogether) Ketra just fixed my energy with her upbeat attitude, well-spoken demeanor and got me some other answers I was looking for almost immediately! The pharmacy looked clean and organized, as did the rest of the store(now that I think about it, the cashier even greeted me upon arrival). Even if I was having a great day(which I wasn't at all) Michael and Ketra still would have stood out through their customer service to me. This was actually my second visit to this pharmacy in 6 months(the first was fine) but because of my experience tonight, I will be calling my doctors tomorrow to change my default pharmacy to this one! Thanks again you two! I really needed the difference you made! =)

Kelly from Chicago is great at her job. She resolved an issue for a patient within a day when we've been trying to get it resolved since last week.

This is the first review I have ever written but I have to do it! I went to the Walgreen's walk-in clinic on Federal. I waited maybe 20 mins but who cares!? That just means they are taking there time with people that need it! The APN was Stewart. She took her time, answered all my questions, and told me to call her anytime if I needed! What a wonderful AP. What a wonderful peraon.

Great experience overall picking up three prescriptions. Two very friendly women helped me and were quick to fill my order. Great customer service and use of Coupons that really helped me in my time of need.

Clinician was ready and waiting for my 9:30 appointment as well as empathetic and compassionate! Then the pharmacy had my Rx ready when they opened at 10. They were on it today!

Went in to pick up a prescription. While it took awhile, they were so helpful. Needed a prescription that I had no idea was going to be $77!!! Pharmacy tech did everything she could and got it down to $39. Saved me a bundle and was so nice and understanding.

Alice was extremely helpful and kind! She helped me with my envelope labels! :)

Didn't try the pharmacy but that's only one part of the rating. Store was clean, staff was older and friendly. Don't know how it bumps down this low but it's a Walgreens. Go here for things you need. Like a razor, monster, deodorant and notebook.

Staff were very understanding and helpful in getting a prescription transferred for my father who was in town visiting from Nevada

Every time I go in here the staff is friendly and polite so I’m not sure where all the negative reviews come from - it’s a pharmacy, be nice people.

Great polite people. Special recognition to cashier (middle aged Latina)......she was a Rockstar during pandemic!
