Koopman Lumber and Hardware Uxbridge

Always top notch customer service and support. It’s nice that they have knowledgeable staff so when you ask where something is they actually know. I purchase everything from them from my grill supplies to hardware and power equipment! When I have had issues like a $200 battery failure, they got it replaced for me.

Good Evening. I just wanted to leave a review and comment on the service I received today. I brought my pressure washer into the Uxbridge store today to hopefully be serviced as it was our biggest rig and we were in the middle of an expensive job. The nice woman at the repair desk (I feel awful not remembering her name) Said it would about 3 weeks to look at it there as they were backed up. She could see the disparity in my face as I was hoping for a miracle to get the rig back online asap. She was quick to thinking and asked if I would be willing to drive to the Grafton store. She called Curt and asked how long it would be to look at it. Curt said “bring it over now and we’ll take a look.” I got there and Curt helped me unload it and took all my info. He also had a big enough rig available to rent for the day to finish the job. We finished the job with time to spare and Curt was also able to fix my washer all in the same day! Went in last week with incorrectly tinted paint that we had purchased and the staff resolved our problem immediately with no additional charge to us at all. Their quick action and willingness to resolve the issue allowed us to keep to our project timeline. Could not recommend the Uxbridge Koopman's more (especially the paint staff)!

Great store all around. Good experience every time I go. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Rental crew is top notch. All is well managed and coordinated at the highest level for the customer which is few and far between nowadays.

Wonderful visit. I needed a new grill and they had what I wanted, online. I was able to order it and pick it up at the store. This was my first business with them. The online order and pick up process was easy. The price was great. The people I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I was so pleased with that interaction that I decide to stay and buy my spring flowers there too. I was afraid the prices would be much higher than the Orange Big Box ... But No! They were the same or better. And the selection was excellent. A great experience!

The staff is always so incredibly helpful and kind. They are have knowledge aplenty about all of their products and they always have someone who can answer a question about your super old no name Bath fan that stopped working or match the paint you have magic erased off your wall while removing sharpie marker your kid out there. Their plants are gorgeous and their prices are far less than Home Depot and they actually may last for years versus the box store plants that might not even make it into the ground.

Despite being a small store they almost always have what I need, saving me a trip to a bigger store that frequently doesn't. Employees are friendly, available and helpful.

I went to a Home Depot and an Ace before coming to this Koopman's looking for tank to bowl bolts. The other stores mansplained toilets, but the gentleman at this Koopman's offered his diy advice and treated me with respect. The staff here is personable and the store has a large selection of supplies.

Great store, good people with the knowledge to help. Staff are always pleasant and willing to assist. Find the prices are most always less expensive than the bigger hardware stores. The quality is definitely found with the product lines carried here. Buy local !!!!

I love going here. The people are always friendly and eager to help. Whether it is gardening, grilling, or equipment rental it is the first place I go. I'm having a deck built this summer and will not go to the big box stores for my number. I know I'll get the right materials from Koopman.

Unbelievable customer service! These guys know what they're talking about! There is always a knowledgeable employee to help you with any questions you might have... but they don't just POINT you to an aisle... they actually TAKE YOU THERE... and take the time to help you find what you are looking for! Like I said, "Unbelievable customer service!"

My favorite hardware store by far. They seem to always have what I need and the staff here is always kind and helpful. The prices are also very competitive with the bigger chain stores.

A very nice gentleman helped me pick out the right product for a small DIY job I'm working on, and took the time to thoroughly explain the proper use of this product, even though store was already past closing time! I appreciate this kind of attention, and that is why i recommend this store!

Chris Staruk went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I pick out a grill. His customer service is impeccable, something you don't see these days. He is very knowledgeable and personable as well. We hope to do business with Chris again at Koopman

This place is amazing and friendly employees. So glad it's so close to my new house. Love it, they have everything.

Great place for building material. They usually have everything I need to get a job done. Their power tools and air tools are expensive when compared to Home depot or Lowes though.

Koopmans is always a good stop people are very friendly and very attentive when getting my materials this is my helper when in the van she prefers to be topless such a motivator to hurry and get the job done

They have the best customer service! I'd rather pay a little more and be treated like a human, than go to a big box store.

They have it all, lumber, rental equipment, home goods, power products, repair services, on and on. Also plenty of great folks to help you find what you are looking for.

All I can say is WOW! Koopman’s in Uxbridge has the best service hands down. We had a slight hiccup with the purchase of our Big Green Egg and they went above and beyond to make it right. Even more than right, they made the experience amazing. Kevin was quick to do everything they could to satisfy me and stand by the product they sell. They have more than earned my business in the future and I encourage everyone to shop here!!!!
