Wonderful food! They have burgers, hotdogs, sandwiches/wraps and ice cream. It's a locally owned business and often understaffed, but the food is good. It's down the road from an exit off of 95, but worth the drive.

Friendly, old fashioned ice cream parlor/diner combo. Prices are reasonable and the food is good. If you order hot, cooked food from the daily specials menu, chances are it's home-made from scratch by Maggie, who runs the place. Item substitutions and menu suggestions are done with a smile. She and her husband, who helps her run the place, enjoy what they do and it shows. I find an excuse to stop in whenever possible.

Happened on this place by accident! What a great find. Food was very good, staff was pleasant, and the ice cream selection was plentiful. We will stop by this place again!

We love IC Scoops! It's a clean and beautiful little place, very friendly staff, and the best I've cream ever! What a variety and plenty of toppings, not to mention the amazing cakes. We've had other food items here over time (hot dogs, fries) but in this 90+ % weather, it's the ice cream that we made a special trip for. Try it. You'll be pleasantly surprised!!

Drove off of 85 and down the road a little ways. We were met by a friendly face. We ordered a BTL with onion rings and a club No cheese and fries. The food and service was wonderful. We both could have only had the sandwich. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Loved the little shop. Owners are wonderful and are caring people of children with disabilities. Lots of flavors to choose from the delicious ice cream they have. Will visit again soon.

My Family stopped off to meet out of town friends who found this neat Ice cream shop / restaurant on google. Wow did they have some awesome flavors and a huge selection. Both our families have 3 kids so between 4 adults and 6 kids we all enjoyed our time at this country stop. Driving through the little town is nice and reminds me of why America is so awesome. This place represents America very nicely being family owned and operated. I will be going out of my way to stop by this place again. Thank you I C Scoops for a nice family experience and putting a smile on our faces.

Nice little ice cream shop and good food too. Very reasonably priced. I had their homemade tomato soup and grilled cheese special, which was quite tasty. Hershey's ice cream is always good and they have lots of variety available! Will be adding to my list of places to go again

I've been here twice and I love it! The burgers, the Philly cheese steak and the ice cream is amazing! Customer service is the best I've seen in this state by far. I highly recommend this gem to anybody. This is how a business should be run.

My husband and I were returning home to MD from NC and took hwy 1, it was our first time so we stopped at IC Scoops because we saw the big Ice Cream Cone out front. To our delight the place was lovely. Lovely because of the great customer service, relaxed and clean environment and most importantly the great food. We arrived at exactly 6:00 p.m. Friday evening and my husband ordered a cheese burger and I ordered the steak and cheese, the meal was freshly prepared and tasted perfect. I'm originally from Philly so getting a cheese steak from a country restaurant could have been a let down, but I was wonderfully pleased that the steak was steak, the roll was soft and fresh and the peppers, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, etc were all grilled to perfection. Of course we closed out with ice cream our initial purpose for stopping, I got peach on a waffle cone and my husband got a banana split (which was huge). The ice cream was great and to top all of that off we paid less than $27.13 with the tip for it all. Hello to the lovely woman from Waldorf.

Awesome meal and cute place. They must have had over 30 flavors of ice cream too, very yummy!

I really like this shop, the food is delicious they have great ice cream and it is so quaint. The service is superb, a country with a country feel. You can have a childs Birthday party here as well, take the kids to get ice cream after the game

Love coming here with my daughter to enjoy a meal and ice cream after for a yummy treat! Always nice and kind service.

Such a quaint little ice cream shop, with a nice choice of real food as well..the owner and employees are caring and sweet as can be..make ya feel right at home! This is a must stop and try place on the map!!

We went for ice cream. So many choices. It was difficult to make a decision. Delicious. We'll return in the future for lunch or dinner and more ice cream.

Hands down the best hamburger you'll eat just about anywhere. The name is deceiving, but go here and have a burger! Great price!! $6.50 for large burger/ cheese extra but you get lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and condiments, chips and a can of soda

We love the handdiped ice cream and they have a large selection of flavors to chose from, it's hard to find good handdiped ice cream in most places any more! The Burgers are really tasty too.
