Technician was very efficient as well as the office staff when sending over required information for my warranty company. I have used them several times and have never had a bad service call. They don't try to add on additional unneeded things and they take pride in their work. Would definitely recommend! So far I have used them 4 times with no problems or repeat issues. A+++

Only place that I could find a dryer thermostat on short notice. They even save me money by explaining to me that Whirlpool parts are interchangeable with Samsung parts. Highly recommend

Great experience. I work for a group home provider and Harrison's was so sweet and understanding. They got us straight without problems. A little pricey but worth it.

Anyone who needs appliance repair in the Dinwiddie Petersburg area should definitely give Harrison's Appliance a call. Very knowledgeable and willing to work with your schedule, they come out and are very pleasant and do a great job. A little pricey, but I do believe the work is worth the money.

I wanted to surprise my daughter with a budget friendly washer/dryer set. Sight unseen, I was able to tell them my budget and the brand I was looking for. In less than an hour I was texted pics of models they had. The purchase was made over the phone and by the end of the day the transaction was complete. I am almost two hours away and couldn’t get to the shop to browse myself. This company far surpasses ANY major hardware store for customer service, professionalism and communication. Even with an oncoming hurricane they are hoping for delivery tomorrow. Unreal. I am beyond impressed!!!!

Hey everybody for homeowners and people that have rental properties this is a bonanza of used appliances and new if you need it I had the opportunity to find a 20-in stove I was looking for for a small two-bedroom Bungalow that I own they tested it out made sure everything was working I took it home took it apart clean it painted it and put it back together and looks like a brand new unit for just a hundred bucks so there are some deals out there to be found if you're looking to refurbish your apartments or your rental units just a little cleaning elbow grease and you can have something that will last your renters a long period of time

First time doing business with the company (to purchase only a $12 part) and I have already met the owner and his brother the manager. They will take the time to talk to people and really seem to care about customer service. They took my number, put a hand on the part, and then called me back.

From what I could see, they offer everything appliance related from parts and repair to sales of new and used machines. I fix my own stuff, but it's good to have parts close-by, especially in rural VA.

Google will probably get you lost trying to find this place, but you can find it right off of US 1 instead of I85 as Google seems to think.

They have the best price and appliances. I bought a Speed Queen washing machine at half the price of a new one this was a scratch and dent the debt was in the back so you will never know what you came with a 7 year warranty on all parts and labor very heavily made will Outlast me and I'm 64 years old thank you so much and you all have a blessed day John edelblute.

Harrison Appliance is a Fantastic Company and a great place to look for a new or slightly used kitchen appliance! They gave us a great deal on a refurbished Stainless Steel Fridge for our church kitchen and even hauled the old one away for us after delivering the new (refurbished) one. They have many options for New used and discount floor scratch and sent with the opportunity I had I purchased a speed queen washer and dryer set and love them
