Love the convenience of ordering print jobs online, no matter how big or small. I can usually find a coupon online too, which makes Office Depot very affordable to me.

I was assisted maximally which made my job today very easy and convenient. Continue with the good work

Office depot is cheaper and more easier to find everything you need.

In the print and copy department, Jean took care of me. The customer service he provides is excellent, and he is very knowledgeable, patient, and a great multi-tasker. Also, I spoke with the manager, who was very kind. Although I like this location, most of my experiences at office depot have been okay. Jean and the manager at this location stood out. I was placed on hold to speak with the manager by someone in the technology department who immediately got the manager on the line. I would like to add that he was very polite as well as kind. The purpose of my call was not to complain, but to express my appreciation for Jean's customer service.

I came Tuesday Nov.22.22 around 12:30 and I asked the front counter cashier to help me with a ink cartridge and he was very friendly, I also overheard another worker speaking to a customer and the customer service was awesome!

Had an amazing experience today while shopping for a new laptop. Our sales rep Scott was extremely helpful and had all the right answers. Not only did we get exactly what we wanted with ZERO buyer's remorse, we also received some of the best customer service, hands down. Just want to say again how helpful Scott was going above and beyond for the customer and that if it wasn't for him we wouldn't have got what we wanted!!

Edith was very pleasant, and easy to talk to. She greeted me with a soothing voice to where I could here her. She did not make me wait, nor did I have to wait to use the copy machine. Thank you so much Edith.

PHENOMINAL HELP!

I visited Office Max on Thursday, December 2, 2021. My purpose was to purchase 902 XL (4 pack) ink for my printer. While conversing on my cell with my sister, a young Office Max employee greeted me at the door. I spoke and kept moving. I went directly where I always go, to the ink isle and there was no ink.

I'm still running my mouth talking on the phone when I hear someone saying, "Ma'am!" I turned around and it's the young man that greeted me at the door. He said, "Are you looking for ink? I said, "Yes." He said, "It's over here." I followed him to the front section of the store where the ink was stored.

I noticed that they didn't have XL, but they did, however, have 902. I asked the young man what did XL mean and HE KNEW! He saved me from having to walk all over the store looking for the ink. He explained what the XL meant and to put the icing on the cake, I asked him if Office Max price match? He said, "Yes."

He stood there at the register and patiently waited for me to pull up Amazon's product and price in my phone and matched the price. I'm so impressed now that I asked him his name. He said his name is NOEL!!! How befitting at Christmas time.

You kindly greeted me at the front door. You were observant enough to know that I was looking for ink in the wrong area and went out of your way to come and get me to point me in the right direction. You were knowledgeable to the point of explaining product brands to me, and to bring it on home, you price matched my 902 ink.

Thank you for making this an all around enjoyable experience for me. Thank you NOEL!!! That's management material right there.

The print associates are very helpful and courteous. Even with the crowd I received excellent service. Jasmine was GREAT and I appreciate her knowledge & expertise!

Going to Office Depot is easy breezy. Even though Im not a techy person, i come out of there a bit more knowledgeable because of the experience. Even learning how to download a file is good learning experience. Thanks everyone at Office Depot!

It was amazing. The guy in the copy section was incredibly helpful. He helped me get my documentation right to apply for mi license. I really regret not asking for his name trust he was so helpful.

The store associate, Cassandra, is a very helpful person. She helped me how to work the self-serve printers and how to use a fax machine. She makes my business card on high professional level. She deserves a raise or a better position.

I went to Office Depot this morning. It was very good with them. I had help from Customer Service name Janet. Who took time with what l needed. And l must say it was worth the time and efford.
