Hard work goes into this store, and it shows. It’s clean, efficient, well-organized and friendly. Hardly ever a line. Services handled without a wait. I especially like the notary services.

Excellent service, professionalism consistently, and great management! There hasn’t been a day when I have found this mailbox scattered or dirty in the past few years. The manager hires excellent people with a smile on the face and friendly behavior. Also, they have memorized my mailbox and many times know exactly how many packages I have before even I walk into the store! The level of service is nowhere to be found in Houston at any other UPS stores or FedEx. I have been to many over the years due to work related mailing needs and there is no place such as this! This is the reason I signed up with them for a private mailbox and last time I renewed my contact for two years in a row instead of just one year! I always feel at home when I walk into this store and it’s very dear to me that they care about me as a customer! Cheers!

Merline provided a most exceptional experience. She’s a total pro! She coordinated a multi-package transaction with great expertise and efficiency, and knew how to get her co-workers to help her get things moving quickly. And she’s lovely and funny at the same time. She also saved me a lot of money with her UPS knowledge. Great experience all around.

Since I moved to this area, I’ve gone to the location on Rice based on the reviews but the parking there is awkward and even with no other customers, I’ve always had to wait awkwardly for the employee to even acknowledge me. I’m so glad I won’t have to deal with that anymore!

Love this place. They are all so helpful. Recently mailed a birthday present to my granddaughter who is Away at college. It’s her first birthday away from home and family. The staff at UPS not only helped wrapped the packages well but also helped me to find the best price to get it there in time for her birthday!!

Anita is the best ever! She was so so sweet helping me find the right box and helping with all of my returns. So so kind. Can't say enough good things about her. Thank you!!

I love this UPS store. The employees are all great. Excellent communication, they are patient, and they go the extra mile. I've had an error of miscommunication with them in the past, and Celeste quickly resolved the issue pleasantly. They are effective problem solvers, and I appreciate them as a consumer.

The team at this UPS store works really well together and handle complicated shipments with ease. The team I am talking about specifically is Roxana, Jasmine, Josefai and Charleston. This team really has it together and I always get my packages/mail with no issues and only smiling happy people. They are professional, knowledgable, and always upbeat. It is nice to pay and receive quality service especially for something so important like packages. I have done business with this UPS store for over 2 years and plan to be a long term customer.
