Love Redken products . Been using it for years my favorite store is Northwest Houston . Julie is a very sweet lady . She really helps me find me stuff and really good with orders on phone. I really like her alot and enjoy my shopping because she is there.

I love this team! Yes, when you’re new here, you’re helped out a lot which can seem like they’re watching you. Listen, due to the area and personal experience, some shady characters have come in looking for either a public toilet or maybe something to take? I don’t want to assume, just like the employees. They’re doing it as professionally as possible. Very very knowledgeable in their inventory and show enthusiasm for everything we all do in this industry. Also great selection for the size of the shop. 9 times out of 10 they have what I need or can easily point me in the direction of an equivalent, being a L’Oréal affiliate. Keep up the great work!!
