Love this UPS Store. They are always SLAMMED but do a great job getting to every customer despite the chaos. Owner is always in there helping and you can tell they care about their business.

I had a box here for years, had to close it but came back a year later. Service has been great. I think it's the best UPS store in the area.

Not sure if I am spelling his name correctly but “Darien” has such good customer service! This polite young man help me sort through 6-7 return packages and printed some return labels for me. In addition to that, I did not notice that one of the packages was to be taken to USPS and not UPS. He was nice enough to package that for me so I can just drop it off. You do not see that very much anymore..

Great Customer Service. A package of mine was lost, and the owner took it personally to ensure that the claim was taken care of in a timely fashion and that I was refunded fully. Very grateful for their work, will be returning for my shipping needs.

These guys are great! I am having a kids party in a few days and needed to print out all of the party accessories (banners, signs, etc.). After trying and failing with a few other places, I came in and saw Keith, he was so helpful, he went the extra mile so that my prints would be exactly as I expected. I was very surprised at the level of attention and quality I received from him. Of course, I expected to pay top notch as I had received top notch service. To my surprise, their prices were far less than what I was going to pay at the competitor. Thank goodness Kinko's messed up and I was able to find these guys. Whether printing, shipping or anything else they can do for you, I would highly recommend this store, not too many people or places go out of their way to help anymore, it's very refreshing to know that Keith's UPS Store still does. Go by and see them next time, what the heck, ask for Keith you won't be sorry.

Who knew that UPS Stores were adept at 3D printing? It was a surprise to me, and a stroke of good fortune for me, that Keith their manager answered all my questions about their 3D printing service and even delivered the finished product to me. Amazing!. I was like, is this South Florida?

What a polite staff!!! The young man working at the counter (Keith, I think) came running to the door to help me because he saw that I was carrying a big box and struggling to open the door.

Then he offered to tape up my box at no charge!

During this trying times of the pandemic, they've shown respect for the safety of their customers, and, as far as I can tell, their employees, always wearing masks. I've depended on them for all my printing needs and deliveries.

This is a busy UPS location but they are always helpful and efficient.

Very convenient, homelike atmosphere. The guys are down to earth and always help out if you got an issue, very genuine, not like robots or anything. Very down to earth.
