Good customer service and the drive and go was an easy process.

Went too pick up a birthday cake and a graduation cake. Service was great I love jewels cake.

One of the cleanest and most organized Jewel Osco I have ever been too. Always in and out of this place. The employees always greet you and have a smile on their face

It was SO NICE, I couldn't believe l was at Jewels! [I'm not sure if this is a compliment or not., but it's true. l went in for two items , went back for a cart , and filled it up! [I'm not sure that's a good thing either!]

I can make a strong case for best grocery store in the neighborhood. Nothing they don't have to make that case. It's the prices on some of the goods. That won't allow me to give it to them. Nevertheless fresh and clean from the moment you walk in. From the deli all the way to the 2nd to none bakery. Customer service is outstanding. Nice sales from time to time keeps me coming back amongst other things. Highly recommend!

I visited the floral department last Sunday to purchase a bouquet of flowers and was assisted by the most helpful and courteous employee named Destiny. She went out of her way to make the arrangement one of the most beautiful bouquets I’d ever seen. She knew exactly what to add and even finished it with a lovely ribbon. I wish more employees were like her, she was a delight to deal with and I will definitely be back.

Generally service is pretty good. Store is will staffed and there are usually multiple checkout lanes available so you don't have to wait extended periods of time. Specialty departments like customer service do sometimes struggle in the later hours.

I love Jewel stores. When ever I come to chgo I pickup Fresh polish sausage and Scott Peterson bologna. They don't carrie this in Ky

Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and easy to find items. Easy self checkout. If you rather use a cashier. They are fast and efficient.

I like the store layout and the employees are friendly and ready to help if needed. They also have a clean public restroom. On a Saturday afternoon the store was semi crowded but checkout was fast about 5 minutes.

Nicest clerks and staff that I have met in this area so far. Prices are decent for most items and outstanding on sale items.

New renovations to store makes shopping more relaxing and less chaotic. They have more storage and have organized their open market area in a way more convenient to customers it just flows well together.

They are always kind, professional and they ask if you found everything you needed! This shows concern and I like that about a shopping experience.

I love the premade salads in the produce area. Especially the Southwestern with chicken. It's the bomb💣❤

Awesome selection with prices that are realistic and affordable however, some items are a bit pricey. Very high quality 👌!
