We were shopping on Christmas Eve for last minute gifts and the woman who was at the register was amazing. She was friendly and genuinely thanked us for shopping at Kohl’s. Thank you for giving up time with your family on Christmas Eve so I could make sure there were presents under my tree!

Did an online order for my first time and the lady at customer service was so nice helping me to figure out where to go. It was a fast pace pick up as well. Very clean store and wonderful staff.

I visited Kohls in Crestwood, Illinois Sunday morning at 9am. My cashier, Lakeysha, was wonderful! She was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Lakeysha represents Kohls well. Nice to see someone taking pride in their job!

Went to Kohl's to pickup my online order and while I was standing near customer service looking on my phone for my confirmation email, a customer service lady approached me and asked if I needed help. I told her I was picking up an order and I thought I deleted the email. She helped me and then went to get my order. That is excellent customer service!

The person at the Amazon station was the one who helped me, even got my Kohl's pick up order, all while being very pleasant

Great Pecos shopping for clothes it's better than going to Target or Walmart if you want better quality clothes clothing lines and the people are there great to help you with inside the store.
