Golden Pantry

Stopped by on my way to NC this morning. I got the chicken biscuit. It was one of the best chicken biscuits I've ever had. The biscuit was buttery and flaky. The chicken patty was top notch and cooked to perfection. My wife had the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and was just as good. Nice clean place too.

On my way home from Athens, I always stop for coffee or drinks for the long ride home. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly. And the bathrooms are always clean.

The Bishop GP has always impressed us with the food from the deli, from biscuits to chicken & the sides. We discovered their Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches a few months ago and they are the best we've had in Oconee & Clarke Co! Next time I'll upload a picture. We paid the same price (9.99) at a restaurant in downtown Watkinsville last week and it looked like an appetizer compared to the Bishop GP sandwich. Kudo's to the deli staff at the Bishop GP!

Friendly, efficient staff. Have been to this store for a very long time, and I have yet to see or hear a single unhappy employee. Bathrooms are always clean. Oh, and the biscuits! Oh my, they know how to serve up some good food. Give those employees a raise, please. Or at least hazard pay if they have to work on a holiday.

This is high and real estate, great location but could have been bigger. Love the new modern store. Extremely busy sometimes simply because of the location. Great customer service and good food.

I must say that is a Brand New Store and everything by far it’s a Really nice and clean organized store I traveled through there often back and forth to Athens and I stopped by on yesterday I stopped by at the old one as well, so I know that the residents of that community are Glad to have it reopened and they now have a Dollar General across the road from them Both are Nice Stores!!!!

I’ve never had poor service at this location,
And for some reason the food here is amazing! Like better than some actual restaurants that I’ve been to.

Great place to stop and get food and a quick drink all in one stop! Great kitchen staff too!

First time here, nice, clean and the food is good, the cashier Tasha is cute and recommended the 4 dollar chocolate chip cookie, while it was good it's about 1.50 too much lol, so she gets 5 stars and the store gets 4 lol

Sooooo, they don't serve potato wedges that every other Golden Pantry or Parkers does, these are not good. I don't blame the staff at this location, I blame corporate office or whoever decided this was ok. Come on Golden Pantry, yall nearly wrote the book on southern fried wedges. If I wanted terrible wedges, I'd move to New York. This atrocity needs to stop immediately

My gizzards were over cooked and too hard to eat. I hate that I can’t eat them because of this. If you order gizzards or any other food, make sure it’s correct. I’ve also gotten the wrong thing multiple times when I’ve gotten food here
