Vontanice Vicks is awesome. She made my visit well worth the drive. She understood the assignment and she got the job done with such ease. She’s polite and courteous and the task was complete in less that 10 minutes. I’ve never had great quality service like I had with her at any other AT&T store. She’s amazing and her service is A1! If I could give her 10 stars I definitely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome and very pleasant experience! Paul Hughes is the consultant who helped me. He is very patient and very detailed. I was supposed to shop around but the way he explained all the available offers and how I can save money, I made it my last stop. I appreciate him handling the porting of 4 lines patiently and making sure all my questions are addressed . He also followed up on one of the remaining orders. When I went back to trade in 3 phones, it was seamless again. I will definitely recommend this store and Paul to all my friends!

I had a defective iPhone 15 that needed to be exchanged. Eric at the AT&T store in Suwanee couldn’t have been nicer, more accommodating or more helpful. He made it an easy and pleasant experience which I didn’t expect. He is the best AT&T rep I’ve ever dealt with. You are lucky to have him.

Let me tell you guys about this store! AMAZING&AWESOME! Went in 2 days ago for an upgrade on my phone. The rep Hashim was SUPER AWESOME! He helped me on the upgrade process, on my preference for the phone and more! He deserves a raise! He was very kind and an expert at what he does! I recommend not you guys walk to this store but RUN to this store because their customer service as well as service in general, is Beyond Top Tier! I am very satisfied with my experience and anytime I need to come to this store for help or anything, I am DEFINITELY coming back there! Thank you guys so much! You guys are the best!

I usually never post reviews but i had to for such a great experience i had at this store. Brad went above and beyond to make sure my phone was fixed and had a lot of patience for all the questions i had. If i could give 10 stars i would!

The associates at this store made it so easy for me to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone! The manager even stayed overtime to ensure that I was well taken care of!

I truly do not know where to start. I had the most complicated time and Hashim and Paul worked together and solved every issue. Paul was very patient with me through every technical issue. Hashim was very helpful and knew how to fix nearly every issue. Customer service at this location 10/10.

Brother Hash took care of my customer service needs. Replacing our cracked phone screens, absolutely blew my mind away. And helped secure a new phone with our company. We are very grateful for his positive attitude and customer service!

I showed up early on a Saturday as soon as it opened. Eric Washington was there who I would say is younger is his years and my thoughts were this kid is not going to care or help me. I was SO WRONG! I want his area manager to know he renewed my faith in customer service!! I have worked 20 years my self servicing others and know when service is good which these days is not often. I did an upgrade with an offer I was not seeing. He took the time to go through bills, do the math, and very clearly explaine why and show me it was correct. This made my day and took a lot of financial worry I had being first thing on my Saturday. Please let him know how valuable he is!

Yesterday my wife and I had the best customer experience we have ever had at a retail cell phone store. Completely exceeded expectations. We were helped by Hashim and Stazi and we want to call them out for their exceptionally good customer service skills. They patiently helped us with our issues we have been having on our business account working with the customer support line. They gave us the guidance we needed to resolve our issues. Thank you. Great customer service this morning from Paul! I needed a case and screen protector for my new iPhone 12. Sounds simple, but with all the different sizes, you have to select the right ones. Paul didn't allow me to waste my time trying to figure it out. He asked what I needed, found the right case and screen protector, and let me know that I was entitled to a free super charger because I was buying two accessories! He meticulously cleaned my screen before perfectly placing the screen protector on, put the cover on, gave me the free super charger, and I was on my way in 10 minutes from the time I walked in. Wow! Paul was awesome. I wish every customer service experience was like that; would make the world a happier place. Thanks Paul!

Danielle and Marquis were great representatives of ATT. Excellent customer service. Had all my questions answered and demonstrated the use of equipment. Went far and above their service. Will highly recommend ATT.

Paul did a great job, knew all the answers and reviewed my account to make sure I was getting all available discounts. The quality of your experience unfortunately seems to be dependent on the particular AT&T employee you happen to get; on the way out I saw an elderly couple being helped by a young hipster playing loud rap music on his phone, and they looked very unhappy.

Great service. They did a free diagnostic on my Samsung Galaxy which was giving me issues. Walked out 10 minutes later with a fixed phone. Couldn't ask for more

First off we started with getting our new phones via AT&T representatives that were not from AT&T corporate. When we had trouble with activation we went into the Johns Creek AT&T store a little agitated and immediately wanted to cancel everything. The night crew reps in the AT&T store in Johns Creek talk us down. They were pleasant, they were helpful —we were very appreciative and the fact that they stayed open to help us lowered our stress level . We did have to go back the next morning to complete everything that had to be completed and were greeted by Nick. He helped tremendously- was very soft-spoken - calm- professional -. He let us know every time he needed to walk away, did every single thing that needed to get done in order to make the plans and the phones and all the service work properly. We are very grateful for their patience and recommend the store and as of now AT&T highly. These guys deserve praise . Edward runs a great store and his team knows customer service .

Visited the store on Thursday address some past issues I had with my bill, and ended up being serviced by David, I believe he is the manager of the store. Might I say, in all of AT&T, there has never been someone so attentive and genuinely concerned with just assisting me. I've been a customer now for 7 years and haven't once received this kind of service. Very pleased, would rate 10/5 if I could.

It was a great experience, Danielle greeted me seconds after opening the door, very knowledgeable, great patience, eye contact, all questions were answered professionally. Actually the whole crew was great at 3630 Peachtree Pkwy AT&T, that's my new store, Thanks Danielle!
