went to get tacos and check out both the taco lady and the check out lady had attitude and weren't patient with me nor graceful

Idk why I keep having issues with this same lady my husband Tito told her he's married and yet again she keeps pushing herself on him .. get a real staff more professional

This store is the dirtiest 7 Eleven I have been to in the Houston area. The restroom is nasty and there is no soap in the dispenser and most of the time no tea is made or coffee...

The coolers along the wall doesn't keep the beverages cold , no large lids for the fountain drinks ,restroom says don't flush toilet paper but no trash cans are in the stall pluss the restroom spelled like pee. The beer cooler in the front looked unorganized, afternoon workers need to get it together, friendly staff tho

This is the worst store ever closing mid day when people were trying to go in and buy stuff and it was raining hard where is management it like they don’t want to make money

This store is trash! Especially the kitchen manager. I saw her name tag. ALMA. She does not know how to manage that store! Who in their right mind would give her that position? But anyways. I went to this store in the morning, I spent 20 minutes in line to get my food and it was all for nothing! I wasted my time because when I was about to order I saw the table all dirty! She does not clean, her shirt was dirty, her attitude was bad. The food was in a poor condition. I thought Alma as a manager has to make sure that everything is working right but no. I hope REAL managers come to manage this store correctly because once again, the store is nothing but TRASH!

The 1 atar is foe the customer service. The food I'd garbage. I got the carne gusada and chicken tamales. It's usually good at other 7 elevens. The first time I was there they were closed in the middle of the day. The second time the gusada was good but a little burnt the tamales were really burnt and inedible. Never again if I can help it.

Rude employee, with a really poor appearance, did not have a name tag, shirt really dirty asked about the tacos in the rollers not moving, his response was "don't worry about it as long as they are cooked", (when the rollers are supposed to heat them up evenly), extremely rude, when i asked a question about any product he kept rolling his eyes, no name ,wears glasses and has a short fro, puts 7elevn in a bad name. no desire to return here. This place needs some real floor managers, not sin in the back office managers. Making the costumer experience very unpleasant.

Literally mold growing in the men’s room. Disgusting. Smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned. How do the employees at the attached restaurant handle food if their restrooms are that gross!!!

So this is the worst 7-11 in the entire chain! Awful!!! Dirty and nothing in stock

This Store dose not have fresh coffee nor tops for the coffee customers were making the coffee .They have very long lines .The customer service is very bad they just talk to each other instead of talking to customers or even making the customer feel welcomed .This has been 5 days with no tops . So I will not stop at this store to any more go to the next stop .

There's roaches running around by the food one of them even jumped on me at the counter.

This is probably the worst and it’s not an exaggeration this is the worst 7 eleven I’ve been to the employees take their time to do everything their really slow I wen their 3 times to see before actually writing my review in the morning people have to go to work my experience their I have been 25 minutes in that store waiting for the cashier and the taco lady normally in other stores I las about 10 minutes max if their over packed this store is not packed and they still take their time they need someone to put order in that store and new employees because this store is trash to other locations and none of their gas pumps work

The small frame cashier has no kind of customer service skills ...rude

Garage gas station never has change

Never have what I'm looking for soda machine always broken and dirty you get more carbonated water than product selected, always in a rush will not try to help you

They customer’s service is poor.
It took them 10mins to come from the back to order my food.
